In this role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert for Concur Expense, corporate and purchasing cards, virtual card spend, and T&E operations. You'll independently investigate complex issues, administer card and system activities, and partner with Technology, Finance, and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

You'll also play an important role in acquisitions, integrations, and special projects, helping translate business requirements into effective card, general-ledger, and system configurations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong operational judgment with a customer-focused mindset and enjoys improving how work gets done through technology, automation, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Administer Concur Expense, including operational support, roles, system issues, escalations, and support cases.
  • Lead administration of corporate, purchasing, and meeting card programs, including applications, profiles, payment issues, delinquent accounts, and transaction inquiries.
  • Research and resolve complex T&E, card, system, and potentially fraudulent transaction issues, working across Technology and business teams as needed.
  • Serve as the T&E card and Concur lead for acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, and special projects, determining required card, profile, and system changes.
  • Perform daily and monthly T&E activities, including exception management, interfaces, operational support, and purchasing-card accrual documentation.
  • Analyze issues and trends, identify root causes, and recommend system, process, automation, and self-service improvements.
  • Partner with Finance, Travel Management, Technology, and other stakeholders to balance business needs, customer experience, policy, and controls.
  • Develop guidance, training, and process materials and help other associates successfully navigate card, expense, and Concur processes.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in travel and expense, accounts payable, financial operations, customer service, credit-card administration, process improvement, project support, or a related area.
  • Demonstrated experience independently researching and resolving complex operational or system issues.
  • Experience collaborating across business, Technology, and/or service-provider teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause-analysis skills with demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Experience translating business requirements into practical operational or system solutions.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience administering SAP Concur Expense or a comparable travel and expense platform.
  • Experience with corporate cards, purchasing cards, virtual cards, or related payment programs.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, or complex cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of general-ledger profiles and financial operations.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, or self-service.
  • Ability to use data and operational insights to support decisions and recommendations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and training/presentation skills.

Working Conditions
