Location: Grapevine, TX
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to Completion(overtime as needed based on business volume)

About the Role

The Operations Supervisor – Bulk Operations leads a team responsible for picking, packing, loading, and shipping bulk products in a fast-paced distribution center. This role ensures orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time while driving productivity, quality, and employee performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, bulk distribution, logistics, fulfillment, inventory management, or supply chain leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Lead daily bulk warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, and loading
  • Supervise, train, and develop warehouse associates
  • Assign work and adjust staffing to meet daily production and shipping goals
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and reduce damages
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency
  • Ensure inventory is handled properly and accurately
  • Partner with inventory, transportation, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Review operational reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost savings

Basic Requirements

  • Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations
  • 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience managing warehouse workflows and employee productivity
  • Experience using warehouse systems, inventory systems, or labor management tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to work a Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to Completion schedule
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as required
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Experience in bulk, high-volume, or large-item warehouse operations
  • Experience with inventory control and labor management systems (LMS)
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills

Work Environment

  • On-site role in a fast-paced distribution center
  • Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to Completion
  • Overtime may be required based on operational needs
  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and material handling
  • Use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
  • Environment focused on safety, quality, productivity, and customer service

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $60,200 - $100,400
