Employees also have access to YourCare, a voluntary wellness platform. Through YourCare, McKesson team members can:
 -Explore wellness tips, including sleep and nutrition support
 -Track healthy habits and launch challenges with colleagues, friends, or family

McKesson’s approach to wellness is holistic, supporting every dimension of health:

-Physical Wellbeing: Employees stay active with our Gym Rebate Program, virtual physical therapy, and onsite wellness screenings (where offered).
-Emotional Wellbeing: Team members take time to recharge through paid time off, volunteer days, and leaves of absence. Our EAP offers confidential support to help navigate life’s challenges. 
-Financial Wellbeing: Our people plan for the future with a retirement savings plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and Education Assistance Program.
-Social Wellbeing: Employees build meaningful connections through 10+ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and give back through programs like: Matching Gifts, Volunteer Grants, and the Taking Care of Our Own Fund, which provides financial support during personal hardships.

Wellbeing Champions: Leading the Way

Across McKesson, employees volunteer as Wellbeing Champions, helping to foster a healthy and inspiring work environment. These champions use their creativity and passion to organize activities that promote work-life balance and wellbeing.

One standout initiative was the “Capture Your Care” Scavenger Hunt—a photo-driven challenge created by Wellbeing Champions to celebrate health and connection. Employees explored the four pillars of wellbeing through activities like yoga, budgeting wins, and bonding with pets, earning team points along the way. It turned wellness into a fun, meaningful team-building experience.

As Wellbeing Champion Almeida Wright shared, “I’m all about inspiring my colleagues to get moving and stay healthy. It’s about creating moments that bring us together and make wellbeing part of our everyday culture.” That spirit of motivation and creativity is what makes these champions such an integral part of Team McKesson.

Self-Care Days: A Celebration of You

McKesson’s Self-Care Days are immersive wellness events hosted by our ERGs across our office locations—and virtually for remote employees. These experiences are designed to help employees relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.

Here’s a glimpse of what’s offered:
 -Complimentary yoga, facials, massages, and sound bowl meditation
 -Fresh, healthy food with vegetarian options
 -Live music 
 -Onsite wellness services like flu shots, mammograms, and biometric screenings
 -Virtual meditation sessions focused on topics like gratitude and letting go
