North American Pharmaceutical
Our North American Pharmaceutical segment unites our U.S. and Canadian wholesale drug distribution businesses to deliver best-in-class services across a broad customer base. We ensure medicines and therapies reach their destinations safely, reliably, and on time. Through our infrastructure and digitally connected network, we support retail and community pharmacies, specialty care, and health systems. We collaborate with pharmaceutical companies, care providers, and others to make quality care more accessible and affordable.
Prescription Technology Solutions (RxTS)
Our Prescription Technology Solutions (RxTS) segment addresses medication access, affordability, and adherence by connecting patients, pharmacies, providers, pharmacy benefit managers, health plans, and biopharma companies. We support biopharma and life sciences partners with innovative solutions, such as CoverMyMeds, that help people get the medicine they need. Our offerings include prescription price transparency, benefit insight, dispensing support, third-party logistics, and wholesale distribution services.
Medical-Surgical Solutions (MMS)
Our Medical-Surgical Solutions segment distributes medical-surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and lab equipment to non-acute care settings across the U.S. These include physician offices, surgery centers, long-term care providers, labs, home health and hospice agencies, health systems, government facilities, and online retailers. We offer over 285,000 national brand and McKesson-branded products through our U.S. distribution network. In May 2025, McKesson announced its intention to separate this segment into an independent company.
Oncology and Multispecialty
Our Oncology and Multispecialty segment provides integrated solutions to support patient care. We accelerate drug development, expand access to high-quality care, and ensure life-saving therapies reach patients. We offer practice management, technology, specialty drug distribution, clinical trial, group purchasing, and pharmacy services for community-based oncology practices and multispecialty providers in retina and ophthalmology. We partner with healthcare providers to support their operations behind the scenes, allowing them to stay focused on their patients.
Advancing Community Oncology
Today, one in two men and one in three women will hear the words, 'You have cancer,' in their lifetime. This is why we are dedicated to advancing the next generation of cancer care. Through our oncology platform, we’re helping to bring promising new therapies to market, improve access to care, and provide treatments closer to home.

Las Colinas, Texas
Just northwest of Dallas, the McKesson Corporation headquarters is an incredible place to work. Our Las Colinas campus is designed to support employee productivity and wellness, fostering team collaboration amidst an array of amenities and enhanced technology capabilities. Our headquarters is a bustling office where employees often get together for company town halls, Employee Resource Group events, team meetings, and everyday work.
Columbus, Ohio
Our Columbus hub office is home to CoverMyMeds, part of McKesson Corporation. The modern, state-of-the-art workplace combines technology with flexible meeting spaces and amenities, including a cafe and fitness center. This building was built with accessibility and LEED+WELL techniques and includes some unique office additions like a pickleball court, art gallery, and shuffleboard tables.
Richmond, Virginia
Our Richmond office is dedicated to the McKesson Medical-Surgical business. This modern workplace includes a cafe and fitness center and empowers our people to collaborate, with an emphasis on health and well-being. The building has spaces for large meetings as well as smaller conference rooms for team get-togethers.
Montreal-Dobrin, QC, Canada
McKesson Canada’s head office is less than 11km from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. This state-of-the-art workplace encourages brainstorming and idea-sharing with collaboration zones, game rooms, training rooms, and open workspaces. This office is a hub for McKesson Canada events, such as town halls, World Day, National Indigenous People's Day, volunteer projects for Earth Day, and more.
