The Digital Marketing Intern will support a variety of strategic marketing initiatives focused on digital performance, customer engagement, marketing analytics, online visibility, and business growth. This role offers hands-on experience with digital marketing strategy, data analysis, marketing operations, reporting, market research, and emerging technologies.

Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, the intern will help analyze marketing performance, uncover actionable insights, support campaigns, and contribute to projects that drive measurable business outcomes.

Intern Program Details:

  • Paid Internship
  • Full time / 10 weeks
  • Position will be based out of our office in The Woodlands, TX
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • The internship program provides networking, access to executives, structured performance & coaching
  • Experiential learning and training provided by exposure to subject matter experts

Minimum Requirements:

  • Enrolled as a full-time student at the time of the internship, at the Undergraduate or Graduate level
  • Must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship
  • At least 18 Years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, available during core hours for critical meetings and training
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a fun, demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter that brings both interpersonal skills and a superior ability to identify a problem then solve
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, verbal, non-verbal, interpersonal, and written

Critical Skills:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills; organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, or digital content platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
  • Eagerness to learn, innovate, and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $17.33 - $28.88
