  • As assigned, support Value Pathways reviews, physician-governance activities, and P&T priorities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of evidence-based oncology content, including protocols, clinical guidance, decision support, education, and implementation tools.
  • Translate relevant evidence, ClinReview findings, and practice needs into actionable recommendations and scalable improvements.
  • Coordinate assigned clinical or operational projects, including planning, cross-functional collaboration, implementation, and measurement.
  • Track and report relevant measures for team performance, clinical quality, and assigned content or projects.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or discontinue low-value processes.

  • Experience translating oncology evidence into clinical recommendations, content, or workflows.
  • Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Oncology pharmacy expertise and sound clinical judgment.
  • People leadership, coaching, delegation, performance management, and change leadership.
