Résumé du poste
Le ou la stagiaire en communications soutient les activités de communication, de documentation et de mobilisation des parties prenantes pour l’équipe technologique Data Hub Canada. Ce rôle contribue à transformer l’information liée aux données, à la livraison, aux opérations et aux méthodes de travail agiles en communications claires et adaptées aux différents publics, notamment les clients, les partenaires d’affaires et les membres de l’équipe interne.
En collaboration avec l’équipe technologique Data Hub Canada et les partenaires d’affaires, le ou la stagiaire participera à la préparation de mises à jour, de communications de lancement, de documents pour les réunions, d’articles de connaissances et d’autres outils de communication visant à accroître la visibilité, l’harmonisation et l’adoption des services du Data Hub.
Il s’agit d’un rôle d’apprentissage de niveau débutant conçu pour un étudiant ou une étudiante, ou une personne récemment diplômée, désirant acquérir une expérience pratique en communications corporatives, en communications technologiques, en gestion du changement, en transformation numérique et dans les méthodes de travail agiles.
Principales responsabilités
Participer aux communications destinées aux clients du Data Hub et aux partenaires d’affaires, notamment les mises à jour de statut, les avis de service, les notes de version, le matériel de formation et les communications de suivi.
Soutenir les activités de communication internes de l’équipe technologique en préparant du matériel clair, concis et conforme à l’image de marque qui explique les initiatives, les priorités, les changements et les résultats du Data Hub.
Collaborer avec l’équipe technologique Data Hub Canada et les partenaires d’affaires afin de comprendre les exigences liées aux données, le contexte des solutions, l’avancement des livraisons et les besoins en communication.
Contribuer au maintien d’un flux de communication cohérent entre les activités de livraison, d’exploitation et de soutien, y compris la gestion des demandes, les mises à jour du carnet de produits (backlog), les communications de mise en production, les messages liés aux incidents ou interruptions de service, ainsi que les suivis après déploiement.
Créer et réviser divers livrables de communication, tels que des infolettres, des publications sur l’intranet, du contenu de présentation, des FAQ, des résumés d’une page, des guides de processus, des mises à jour destinées aux parties prenantes et des annonces d’équipe.
Appuyer les activités de documentation et de gestion des connaissances en organisant et en améliorant le contenu lié aux processus du Data Hub, aux rôles et responsabilités, au modèle opérationnel, aux pratiques agiles et à la mobilisation des parties prenantes.
Participer à la planification des communications pour les initiatives du Data Hub, notamment en identifiant les publics cibles, les messages clés, les canaux de communication, les échéanciers et les mécanismes de rétroaction.
Aider à recueillir, organiser et résumer la rétroaction ainsi que les indicateurs de communication afin d’évaluer la clarté des messages, la compréhension des parties prenantes et l’adoption du matériel de communication.
Appliquer les normes de McKesson en matière de style, de ton, de confidentialité et de qualité lors de la préparation des communications afin d’assurer un contenu exact, professionnel, inclusif et facile à comprendre.
Qualifications minimales (connaissances, compétences et aptitudes)
Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de vulgariser des informations techniques ou complexes pour différents publics.
Intérêt marqué pour les communications corporatives, les communications internes, la gestion du changement et les communications technologiques.
Capacité à collaborer avec des parties prenantes techniques et d’affaires, à poser des questions pertinentes, à cerner les messages clés et à transformer l’information en matériel de communication clair.
Maîtrise de base des outils Microsoft 365 tels que Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams et SharePoint; une connaissance d’outils de collaboration ou de gestion des connaissances constitue un atout.
Excellent souci du détail, sens de l’organisation, rigueur dans le suivi et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches de communication avec encadrement.
Curiosité et volonté d’en apprendre davantage sur les produits de données, les méthodes de livraison agiles, les opérations de services et le vocabulaire lié à la livraison technologique.
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement professionnel, à traiter des renseignements sensibles de façon appropriée et à respecter les processus établis de révision et d’approbation.
Aisance à participer aux réunions, à documenter les notes ou les décisions et à transformer les résultats des discussions en contenu prêt à communiquer.
Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est considéré comme un atout.
Expérience professionnelle
Être actuellement inscrit(e) à un programme d’études postsecondaires, ou l’avoir récemment complété, dans un domaine tel que les communications, les relations publiques, le marketing ou toute discipline connexe.
Une expérience acquise dans le cadre d’un stage, d’un programme coopératif, d’activités bénévoles, d’un projet académique ou d’un emploi impliquant la rédaction, la révision de contenu, les communications avec des parties prenantes, les présentations, le soutien à des projets ou la création de contenu numérique constitue un atout.
Une exposition aux équipes technologiques, aux données et analyses, à la gestion du changement ou aux communications d’affaires constitue un atout, sans être obligatoire.
De 0 à 2 années d’expérience pertinente sont habituellement requises; les projets académiques, stages, expériences coopératives ou autres expériences étudiantes pertinentes sont acceptés.

Job Summary:
The Communication Intern supports communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement activities for the Data Hub Canada technology team. The role helps translate data, delivery, operational, and agile work into clear, audience-appropriate communications for clients, business stakeholders, and internal team members.
Working with Data Hub Canada technology team and business stakeholders, the intern will help prepare updates, release communications, meeting materials, knowledge articles, and other communication assets that improve visibility, alignment, and adoption of Data Hub services.
This is an entry-level learning role designed for a student or recent graduate who wants to gain practical experience in corporate communications, technology communications, change communications, digital transformation, and agile ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with communications to Data Hub clients and business stakeholders, including status updates, service announcements, release notes, training materials, and follow-up messages.
Support internal communication activities for a technology team by preparing clear, concise, branded materials that explain Data Hub initiatives, priorities, changes, and outcomes.
Collaborate with Data Hub Canada technology team and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, solution context, delivery progress, and communication needs.
Help maintain consistent communication flow across delivery, operations, and support activities, including intake, backlog updates, release communication, incident/service disruption messaging, and post-release follow-up.
Create and edit communication deliverables such as newsletters, intranet posts, slide content, FAQs, one-page summaries, process guides, stakeholder updates, and team announcements.
Support documentation and knowledge management by organizing and improving content related to Data Hub processes, roles, responsibilities, operating model, agile practices, and stakeholder engagement.
Assist with communications planning for Data Hub initiatives, including identifying audiences, key messages, communication channels, timing, and feedback mechanisms.
Help collect, organize, and summarize feedback or communication metrics to evaluate message clarity, stakeholder understanding, and adoption of communication materials.
Apply McKesson style, tone, confidentiality, and quality expectations when preparing communication materials, ensuring content is accurate, professional, inclusive, and easy to understand.
Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities):
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or complex information for different audiences.
Interest in corporate communications, internal communications, change communications, technology communications.
Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, ask thoughtful questions, capture key messages, and translate information into clear communication materials.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; familiarity with collaboration or knowledge management tools is an asset.
Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple communication tasks with guidance.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about data products, agile delivery, service operations and technology delivery terminology.
Ability to work in a professional environment, handle sensitive information appropriately, and follow established review and approval processes.
Comfort participating in meetings, documenting notes or decisions, and helping convert discussion outcomes into communication-ready content.
Bilingual (English/French) preferred
Business Experience:
Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a post-secondary program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
Previous internship, co-op, volunteer, academic project, or work experience involving writing, editing, stakeholder communications, presentations, project support, or digital content is an asset.
Exposure to technology teams, data and analytics, change management, or business communications is an asset but not required.
Typically requires 0–2 years of relevant experience; academic projects, internships, co-op placements, or related student experience are acceptable.
Success Indicators / Learning Outcomes:
Communication materials are clear, concise, accurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned to Data Hub priorities.
Stakeholders have improved visibility into Data Hub releases, delivery updates, service changes, and support information.
Documentation and communication assets are organized, reusable, and easier for the team and clients to find and apply.
The intern builds practical experience in technology communications, data and analytics communications, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
