Analyste principal(e) des systèmes d’affaires

Ce que vous ferez
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes d’affaires, les propriétaires de solutions, les équipes TI, les fournisseurs et les équipes de projet afin de transformer les besoins d’affaires en solutions technologiques évolutives générant une valeur mesurable.
- Animer des ateliers de collecte des exigences, des entrevues avec les parties prenantes, des sessions de découverte et des évaluations de processus d’affaires.
- Analyser les processus actuels et identifier des occasions d’optimisation, d’automatisation, de standardisation et d’amélioration continue.
- Élaborer et maintenir la documentation des exigences d’affaires, les spécifications fonctionnelles, les cartographies de processus, les cas d’utilisation et les récits utilisateurs (user stories).
- S’assurer que les exigences sont complètes, traçables, testables et alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires et les priorités stratégiques.
- Agir à titre de principal point de contact entre les utilisateurs d’affaires, les équipes technologiques, les fournisseurs et les groupes de soutien opérationnel.
- Collaborer avec les architectes, les développeurs et les partenaires externes afin de concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions technologiques efficaces.
- Évaluer les différentes options de solution et formuler des recommandations en fonction de la valeur d’affaires, des risques, des coûts, des impacts opérationnels et de la pérennité à long terme.
- Soutenir les activités de livraison de projets, notamment la planification, les révisions de conception, les tests, la préparation à la mise en production, le déploiement et la stabilisation post-implantation.
- Coordonner les activités de préparation des utilisateurs et favoriser l’adoption des nouveaux processus et technologies.
- Participer aux mises à niveau, aux améliorations, aux intégrations et aux initiatives de modernisation des applications d’entreprise.
- Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de tests, des scénarios de validation et des plans de tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT).
- Coordonner les activités de tests et valider les solutions par rapport aux exigences d’affaires documentées et aux critères d’acceptation.
- Assurer le suivi, la priorisation et la résolution des anomalies tout au long du cycle de tests et d’implantation.
- Soutenir les activités de validation en production suivant les implantations et améliorations de systèmes.
- Analyser les incidents en production, participer à leur résolution et contribuer aux analyses de causes fondamentales.
- Identifier les problèmes opérationnels récurrents et recommander des actions correctives durables ainsi que des améliorations de processus.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de soutien afin d’améliorer la fiabilité des systèmes, de réduire les risques opérationnels et d’accroître l’adoption des solutions.
- Veiller à ce que les solutions respectent les exigences réglementaires, de sécurité, de confidentialité, d’audit et de gouvernance applicables.
- Soutenir les activités de conformité SOX et de contrôle général informatique (ITGC), notamment par la documentation, la validation, les tests et la préparation aux audits.
- Contribuer aux initiatives stratégiques, aux programmes de transformation numérique, à la planification des portefeuilles et aux efforts d’amélioration continue à l’échelle de l’entreprise.
- Établir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes et communiquer efficacement avec des audiences techniques et non techniques.
- Maintenir la documentation des processus d’affaires, les procédures opérationnelles, les bases de connaissances et le matériel de formation.
- Encadrer les analystes moins expérimentés et contribuer au partage des connaissances au sein des équipes.
Expérience et qualifications requises
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en analyse d’affaires, analyse de systèmes, livraison de solutions, soutien applicatif ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience démontrée en tant qu’Analyste des systèmes d’affaires, Analyste d’affaires principal(e), Analyste fonctionnel(le) ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d’un environnement d’entreprise complexe.
- Solide compréhension des méthodologies d’analyse d’affaires, de la gestion des exigences et des cadres de livraison de solutions.
- Capacité démontrée à traduire des exigences d’affaires complexes en solutions technologiques efficaces.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et de pensée critique.
- Expérience du soutien aux applications d’entreprise et aux processus d’affaires critiques.

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the critical link between business and technology teams, translating complex business needs into scalable, compliant, and value-driven solutions that support enterprise operations and strategic initiatives. You will lead requirements analysis, process optimization, solution delivery, testing, and stakeholder engagement efforts while driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organization.
What You Will Do:
Partner with business stakeholders, solution owners, IT teams, vendors, and project teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and business process assessments.
Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, testable, and aligned with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technology teams, vendors, and operational support groups.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and third-party partners to design and implement effective technology solutions.
Evaluate solution options and provide recommendations based on business value, risk, cost, operational impact, and long-term sustainability.
Support project delivery activities including planning, solution design reviews, testing, cutover planning, implementation, and post-deployment stabilization.
Coordinate business readiness activities and support adoption of new processes and technology capabilities.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and modernization initiatives across enterprise applications.
Develop and execute testing strategies, test scenarios, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
Coordinate testing activities and validate solutions against documented business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Track, prioritize, and support resolution of defects throughout the testing and implementation lifecycle.
Support production validation activities following system implementations and enhancements.
Investigate production issues, support incident resolution, and participate in root cause analysis activities.
Identify recurring operational issues and recommend sustainable corrective actions and process improvements.
Partner with support teams to improve system reliability, reduce operational risk, and increase user adoption.
Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, audit, and governance requirements.
Support SOX and IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance activities through documentation, validation, testing support, and audit readiness efforts.
Contribute to strategic initiatives, digital transformation programs, portfolio planning, and enterprise-wide continuous improvement efforts.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain business process documentation, operating procedures, knowledge repositories, and training materials.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing across teams.
Required Experience and Qualifications
10+ years of related experience in business analysis, systems analysis, solution delivery, application support, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role within a complex enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements management practices, and solution delivery frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience supporting enterprise applications and operationally critical business processes.
Experience with testing methodologies, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production validation.
Knowledge of business process modeling, workflow analysis, and process improvement techniques.
Experience working with ERP, Supply Chain, Distribution, Financial, Warehouse Management (WMS), or Transportation Management (TMS) systems.
Understanding of integration concepts, APIs, data flows, and enterprise application ecosystems.
Experience working in regulated environments with exposure to compliance, audit, SOX, and ITGC requirements.
Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Must be bilingual in English and French.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Experience within pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or related regulated industries.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale ERP, WMS, TMS, and distribution platforms.
Experience working with vendors, systems integrators, and cross-functional project teams.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Experience supporting digital transformation, process automation, and system modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of risk assessment, compliance management, and governance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus without direct authority.
Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or related business analysis certifications.
Experience mentoring analysts and contributing to organizational capability development.
