Ce que vous ferez
- Saisir et maintenir avec exactitude les données des patients et des programmes dans les systèmes internes.
- Soutenir les activités d’inscription, d’intégration et de mise à jour des dossiers des patients.
- Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes (téléphone, courriel, télécopieur) en français et en anglais.
- Vérifier l’exactitude et l’intégralité des renseignements sur les patients et les professionnels de la santé.
- Répondre aux demandes courantes provenant des patients, des professionnels de la santé et des parties prenantes.
- Assurer le suivi et la documentation des activités du programme, y compris les dossiers requis en matière de sécurité et de conformité.
- Établir les priorités et respecter les délais de service dans un environnement à volume élevé.
- Respecter les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON), les exigences relatives à la confidentialité ainsi que les exigences de conformité.
- Participer à la production de rapports, à la validation des données et à diverses tâches administratives.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin d’assurer une prestation harmonieuse des services de soutien aux patients.
Exigences de base
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou l’équivalent.
- De 0 à 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle, en administration, en saisie de données ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, obligatoire.
- Excellentes compétences en saisie de données et en informatique (p. ex., Microsoft Office, systèmes CRM).
- Grande rigueur et souci du détail.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capacité à suivre des processus, des procédures et des lignes directrices en matière de conformité.
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un environnement de travail à distance.
Compétences et expérience souhaitées
- Expérience dans un centre d’appels, dans le domaine de la santé ou au sein d’un Programme de soutien aux patients (PSP).
- Connaissance de la terminologie médicale et du système de santé canadien.
- Expérience liée aux assurances, aux programmes de remboursement ou aux programmes d’aide aux patients.
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion de multiples priorités.
- Solides aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en pensée critique.
- Expérience dans le soutien aux patients, aux professionnels de la santé ou à d’autres groupes de clients dans un environnement axé sur le service.
Environnement de travail et horaire
- Poste entièrement à distance offert aux candidats partout au Canada.
- Aucun déplacement requis.
- Poste principalement de bureau nécessitant une utilisation prolongée de l’ordinateur et du téléphone.
- Environnement dynamique à volume élevé comportant des processus établis et des échéances à respecter.
- Les heures d’exploitation du programme sont de 8 h à 20 h (HE). Les candidats doivent être disponibles pour travailler selon des quarts planifiés à l’intérieur de cette plage horaire.

About the Role
We are hiring a Bilingual Patient Services Associate (French/English) to support Patient Support Programs (PSPs) across Canada. This is an entry-level administrative and customer support role focused on data accuracy, patient enrollment, and communication with patients and healthcare providers.
In this position, you will manage patient information, respond to inquiries, and support program operations to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in any Canadian province, with no travel requirements.
What You'll Do
- Enter and maintain accurate patient and program data in internal systems.
- Support patient enrollment, onboarding, and case updates.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, fax) in both English and French.
- Verify patient and healthcare provider information for completeness and accuracy.
- Respond to routine inquiries from patients, providers, and stakeholders.
- Track and document program activities, including required safety and compliance records.
- Prioritize tasks and meet service-level timelines in a high-volume environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Assist with reporting, data validation, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient support delivery.
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service, administration, data entry, or a related field.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong data entry and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience in a call centre, healthcare, or Patient Support Program (PSP) environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and the Canadian healthcare system.
- Exposure to insurance, reimbursement, or patient assistance programs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience supporting patients, healthcare providers, or other customer groups in a service-oriented environment.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere in Canada.
- No travel required.
- Desk-based role requiring extended computer and telephone use.
- Fast-paced, high-volume environment with defined processes and deadlines.
- Program operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST. Candidates must be available to work scheduled shifts within these hours.
- Must maintain a private and secure workspace that supports confidentiality and compliance requirements.
