Sous la responsabilité du Chef de la qualité principal, distribution pharmaceutique, le spécialiste qualité du site (QSS) est chargé de veiller à ce qu'un produit ou un service réponde aux normes de qualité établies, notamment en matière de fiabilité, de facilité d'utilisation et de performance.

Déterminer et élaborer des approches de solutions.
Il entretient des contacts fréquents avec les clients externes et inter organisationnels.
Représenter le service dans le cadre de projets et peut jouer un rôle de chef de projet.
Représenter le service et être le principal point de contact en matière de qualité au niveau du centre de distribution.
Résoudre un large éventail de problèmes complexes en faisant preuve de discernement dans le cadre de politiques et de pratiques définies.
Section A –Responsabilités Spécifiques
Certaines responsabilités typiquement associées à un emploi de spécialiste de la qualité sont incluses dans la section B. Les tâches spécifiques comprennent généralement les éléments suivants, sans toutefois s'y limiter :
Exécuter la qualification et la cartographie des équipements
Exécuter les protocoles de qualification
Gérer le système de contrôle de la température
Rédiger des politiques et des procédures d'assurance qualité
Interpréter et mettre en œuvre les normes d'assurance qualité
Évaluer l'adéquation des normes d'assurance qualité
Examiner la mise en œuvre et l'efficacité des systèmes de qualité et d'inspection
Planifier, réaliser et surveiller les tests et l'inspection des matériaux et des produits afin de garantir la qualité du produit fini.
Documenter les audits internes et autres activités d'assurance de la qualité
Enquêter sur les plaintes des clients et les problèmes de non-conformité
Collecter et compiler des données statistiques sur la qualité
Analyser les données afin d'identifier les domaines d'amélioration du système de qualité
Élaborer, recommander et suivre des actions correctives et préventives
Préparer des rapports pour communiquer les résultats des activités liées à la qualité
Coordonner et soutenir les audits sur site menés par des agences externes
Évaluer les résultats des audits et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives appropriées
Contrôler les activités de gestion des risques
Section B – Responsibilitiés générales
Promouvoir la compréhension des normes et processus de qualité auprès des directeurs de la distribution dans le centre de distribution.
Identifier les besoins en formation et organiser des interventions de formation pour répondre aux normes de qualité.
Assurer la préparation, l'exécution et le suivi des inspections réglementaires en tenant à jour le dossier d'inspection, en gérant les documents d'audit et les actions fournies dans les réponses.
Section C – Exigences clés
Formation et expérience:
Baccalauréat en chimie, biologie ou expérience équivalente.
Expérience en matière d'inspection de la qualité, d'audit et de tests.
Expérience dans l'exécution de la qualification ou de la cartographie des équipements
Expérience de la mise en œuvre de programmes d'actions correctives
Expérience spécifique à un produit ou à une industrie
Solides compétences informatiques, y compris Microsoft Office, les applications d'assurance qualité et les bases de données
Connaissance des outils, concepts et méthodologies d'AQ
Connaissance des exigences réglementaires pertinentes
4+ années d'expérience pertinente

Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Quality, Pharmaceutical Distribution, the Quality Site Specialist (QSS), will be responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
At this level, the Quality Site Specialist typically:
Works under limited direction with work being evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives are met
Determines and develops approach to solutions.
Frequent interorganizational and outside customer contacts.
Represents the department on projects and may perform in project leadership role.
Represent the department and is the main quality point of contact at the DC level.
Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems using judgement within defined policies and practices.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
Certain responsibilities that are typically associated with a job as Quality Specialist are included in Section B. Specific duties generally include but are not limited to the following:
Execute equipment qualification and mapping
Execute qualification protocols
Manage the temperature monitoring system
Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Collect and compile statistical quality data
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
Monitor risk management activities
Responsible for document management systems
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Section B – General Responsibilities
Promotes understanding of quality standards and processes with Distribution Directors in the DC.
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Ensures proper preparation, execution and follow-up of Regulatory Inspections by maintaining the inspection file, managing audit documents and response actions.
Section C – Key Requirements
Education and Experience:
B.SC. in Chemistry, Biology or equivalent experience.
Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
Experience in execution of equipment qualification or mapping
Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
Product or industry-specific experience
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
4+ years of relevant experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrate strong leadership in a professional environment
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks is an essential characteristic
Communication skills - verbal and written
Data collection, management and analysis
