The role leads McKesson’s structured, year-over-year Compliance Program effectiveness assessment framework, providing an evidence-based view of program maturity, identifying improvement priorities, guiding remediation, and supporting credible engagement with regulators and other external stakeholders.
The Senior Director also leads key components of the Compliance function’s modernization. The Senior Director reports directly to McKesson’s Vice President, Enterprise Compliance (“VP”) within McKesson’s General Counsel Organization.

A demonstrated commitment to McKesson’s LEAD Rx behaviors, continuous improvement, innovation, collaboration, and people development is essential.
