Role Overview

The position is responsible formanaging all aspects of the technology relationship with our customers. TheAccountManager develops, grows, andmaintainshis/herterritory relationships and coordinates and collaborates with various business units within the company to ensure client requests are handled swiftly and successfully. 

Key Responsibilities

  • TheAccountManager specifically manages theday-to-dayrelationship of assigned clients in the support and use ofiKnowMedG2 EHR, Lynx, CVP, Practice Insights,andOntadaHealth.

  • The AMdemonstratescurrent knowledge of all applications, along with an understanding ofappropriate workflowand necessary practice support. 

  • TheAccountManager activelyparticipatesin the implementation process of accounts intheirterritory to helpfacilitate a clear transition from implementation to account management and to contribute to the success of both the implementation and the overall adoption of the technologies. 

  • Supports and adheres to the McKesson Specialty Health Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. 

  • Keyresponsibilities include building and developing customer relationships and working withsales partners, network counterparts, and other internal teams to nurture and grow those relationships.

  • Developsandmaintainsa territory business plan to strategically manage his/her territory. Provides day-to-day support, including but not limited to, post-go-livesupport, training and retraining needs, workflowreviewand optimization, implementing best practices, and providing program-related support. 

  • SupportsiKMG2 go-live to ensure a smooth transition from the Implementation phase of the project to Account Management. 

  • Assist customers with the resolution of issues inan accurateandtimelymanner, providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

MinimumRequirement

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education 

  • BS degree or equivalent experience in electronic systemimplementation, installation,and troubleshooting 

Critical Skills

  • 4+ years of specific systems experience within applications withiKnowMed.

  • EHR application knowledge and working experience, preferably withiKnowMedG2. 

  • Excellent ability to build relationships, align and influence varied and diverse participants across all levels and functions to achieve requisite milestones 

  • Knowledge and experience with healthcareoperations, clinical, and/or financial systems (i.e.PracticeManagementSystems, EHR, Pharmacy Management Systems)

Additional Skills

  • Strong organizational leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight and often competing deadlines

  • Familiarity withoncology practice day-to-day operations. Demonstrated outstandingcommunicationskills (verbal,written,and presentation skills).Proficiencywith MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andTeams

  • Excellent ability to build relationships, align and influence varied and diverse participants across all levels and functions to achieve requisite milestones

Travel: 

Up to25% travelrequired

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$109,000 - $181,600
