Relevant de la Directrice, Perspectives commerciales et innovation, l’Analyste, Intelligence d’affaires agit à titre de partenaire d’affaires auprès de l’organisation des Ventes au détail affiliées, afin de s’assurer que les équipes disposent d’analyses exploitables liées à la performance de l’entreprise et des clients, au paysage concurrentiel ainsi qu’aux tendances de l’industrie.L’Analyste, Intelligence d’affaires travaille avec tous les niveaux de l’équipe des Ventes au détail affiliées afin de recueillir et interpréter les besoins en matière de rapports, puis de transformer ces besoins en analyses et en rapports pertinents et exploitables, permettant le succès de nos clients internes et externes. L’Analyste, Intelligence d’affaires conçoit, développe, exécute, diffuse et présente des rapports et des tableaux de bord complexes à partir de diverses sources de données internes et externes à McKesson, tout en utilisant des techniques d’analyse avancées afin de générer des perspectives d’affaires significatives et d’identifier des occasions de croissance.
Responsabilités spécifiques
•Concevoir, développer et publier des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) dans Power BI à l’intention des différents niveaux de l’organisation des Ventes au détail affiliées.
•Préparer et présenter des données de ventes et de marché accompagnées des perspectives pour l’organisation des Ventes au détail affiliées.
•Diriger des revues internes avec les directeurs de comptes afin de discuter de la performance des ventes et du marché, et de fournir des recommandations concrètes pour stimuler la croissance des ventes.
•Agir à titre d’expert-conseil pour les comptes sous sa responsabilité, en matière de ventes, de tendances du marché et de l’industrie, ainsi que des opportunités.
•Développer et livrer des mises à jour régulières et des tableaux de bord d’intelligence de marché mettant en évidence les changements significatifs, les opportunités et les recommandations d’atténuation pour l’équipe des ventes.
•Réaliser et présenter des analyses concurrentielles majeures du marché et communiquer clairement les changements importants et leurs impacts aux parties prenantes.
•Analyser les tendances de ventes et les indicateurs de conformité en magasin ; formuler des recommandations visant à saisir des opportunités et à atténuer les pertes de ventes.
•Développer et maintenir des réseaux internes et externes afin de soutenir la collecte de connaissances et le partage durable des meilleures pratiques en analytique descriptive, prédictive et prescriptive au sein de l’organisation des Ventes au détail affiliées.
•Influencer et inspirer le changement par la communication de perspectives (tendances, analyses internes et externes, contexte d’affaires, changements législatifs) de façon simple et percutante auprès des clients internes et externes, au besoin.
•Agir comme point de contact principal pour les besoins en rapports et tableaux de bord (récurrents ou ad hoc) ainsi que pour les opportunités d’amélioration ; collaborer avec divers départements
(Service à la clientèle, Opérations, Ventes, Marketing de détail, Finance, Centre de services partagés BI).
•Recommander la création de nouveaux rapports et l’adoption de nouveaux outils en fonction des besoins d’affaires et des clients, en collaboration avec l’équipe BI Services partagés.
•Améliorer les sources de données internes de McKesson Canada en surveillant et en évaluant de nouvelles sources d’intelligence concurrentielle et de données de marché.
•Identifier et évaluer des opportunités d’amélioration continue avec son gestionnaire immédiat; formuler des recommandations et mettre en œuvre des solutions.
•Soutenir la création, le suivi et la révision des prévisions du budget annuel des ventes avec les équipes clientes internes, les ventes et les dirigeants financiers.
•Agir à titre d’ambassadeur des valeurs corporatives de McKesson.
Qualifications - Formation
•Diplôme universitaire dans une discipline pertinente.
Expérience professionnelle
•Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience à titre d’analyste d’affaires dans un contexte d’intelligence d’affaires, d’analyse de performance financière, d’analyse de marché, de stratégie, de consultation ou dans un rôle similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la santé.
•Connaissance de l’industrie canadienne de la santé et/ou expérience avec les ensembles de données IQVIA constitue un atout important.
•Expérience en analytique de données et en gestion de bases de données et de systèmes.

•Expérience pratique avec Power BI.
•Connaissance de ou expérience avec un CRM (Salesforce) constitue un atout.
•Capacité d’apprendre rapidement de nouveaux logiciels.
•Capacité à gérer les priorités et à respecter des échéanciers serrés.
•Créativité et ouverture à des approches analytiques innovantes.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Insights & Innovation, the Business Intelligence Analyst acts as a business partner to the Affiliated Retail Sales organization to ensure teams have actionable intelligence pertaining to business and customer performance, the competitive landscape, and industry trends. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be required to meet with all levels of the Affiliated Retail Sales team to receive and interpret reporting requirements and transform their needs into meaningful, actionable reporting and insights that enable the success of our internal and external customers. The Business Intelligence Analyst will design, develop, execute, distribute and present reports and complex scorecards from various data sources both internal and external to McKesson as well as leverage advanced analysis techniques to derive meaningful business insights and identify business building opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities
•Designs, develops, and publishes Key Performance Indicators in Power BI to various levels of the Affiliated Retail Sales organization.
•Prepares and presents Sales & Market data with insights to the Affiliated Retail Sales organization.
•Leads internal reviews with account directors to discuss sales and market performance, along with actionable insights to increase sales.
•Acts as a subject matter expert in the accounts they are responsible for, pertaining to sales, market & industry trends, and future opportunities.
•Develops and delivers regular market intelligence updates and dashboards that identifies significant changes, opportunities, and mitigating recommendations for the sales team.
•Conducts and presents major competitive assessments of the market and succinctly communicates important changes and impacts to stakeholders.
•Analyzes sales trends and store compliance metrics; provides recommendations for opportunities, to mitigate loss of sales.
•Develops and maintains internal and external networks to support knowledge gathering and sustainable sharing of best practices in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics across the Affiliated Retail Sales organization.
•Influences and inspires change through the delivery of insights (trends, internal and external insights, business context, legislative changes) in a simple and compelling manner with internal and external customers, as required.
•Acts as primary point of contact for any reporting/dashboard requirements (recurring or adhoc) and opportunities for improvements; works collaboratively with various departments (Customer Service, Operations, Sales, MT, Finance, BI Shared Service).
•Recommends creation of new reports and adoption of new tools in line with the customer and business needs in collaboration with the BI Shared Service group.
•Improves McKesson Canada internal data sources by monitoring and evaluating new competitive and market intelligence sources.
•Identifies and reviews opportunities for continuous improvement with their immediate leader; makes recommendations and implements solutions.
•Supports the creation, tracking, and re-forecasting of the annual sales budget with internal customer teams, sales, and finance executives.
•Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
Qualifications - Education
•University degree in relevant discipline.
Working Experience
•Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a business analyst in a business intelligence, financial performance analysis, market analysis, strategy, consulting, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
•Knowledge of Canadian healthcare industry business and/or experience with IQVIA data sets are a definite asset.
•Experience with data analytics and database/systems management.
