Relevant de la cheffe principale, opérations clinique, le Spécialiste en chef, Technologies et innovations en pharmacie, Services professionnels, agira principalement comme ressource spécialisée pour le développement et l’implantation de solutions innovantes pour la pharmacie. À ce titre, le titulaire du poste agira tant sur les plans clinique, opérationnel que technologique des solutions ciblées, dans le but de les intégrer adéquatement aux opérations du laboratoire et d’améliorer l’expérience client. Le titulaire du poste participera au développement et à la mise à jour de la formation professionnelle, des politiques, procédures et processus opérationnels en lien avec les solutions à implanter. Il exercera également un rôle conseil auprès des divers départements du siège social et des équipes du laboratoire de l’ensemble des pharmacies du réseau.
Responsabilités générales
- Agir à titre d’expert pour le développement de solutions innovantes pour la pharmacie :
- Produire et réviser/adapter du contenu;
- Faire des analyses de faisabilité;
- Présenter des recommandations aux équipes concernées (siège social) sur les orientations à prendre avec une solution.
- Agir à titre d’expert pour l'adoption et l'intégration de solutions technologies innovantes, telles que ReflexRx, les plans d’interventions et les consultations et suivis assistés, pour améliorer la qualité des soins aux patients et l'efficacité des opérations.
- Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs de performance;
- Accompagner le personnel du laboratoire du réseau pour faciliter l’intégration des nouvelles solutions aux opérations du laboratoire et de la pharmacie;
- Assurer la communication entre le réseau et le siège social.
- Agir à titre de ressource professionnelle experte auprès des pharmaciens-propriétaires et du personnel du laboratoire pour les soutenir dans leurs outils technologiques et leur application.
- Agir à titre de ressource professionnelle experte auprès du personnel du siège social dans les projets visant les technologies et solutions innovantes.
- Agir à titre de ressource professionnelle experte auprès de parties prenantes internes et externes, y compris les partenaires stratégiques et les organismes de réglementation.
- Participer à la création et à la mise à jour de différentes formations professionnelles, politiques et procédures qui visent à supporter les pharmaciens du réseau dans l’atteinte des normes de pratique professionnelles, et qui peuvent être liées aux solutions technologies et innovantes développées par le siège social.
- Maintenir une veille technologique pour identifier et évaluer de nouvelles solutions susceptibles de bénéficier aux opérations pharmaceutiques.
- Encourager l'utilisation des nouvelles technologies pour renforcer les compétences cliniques et améliorer les résultats pour les patients.
- Participer au rayonnement des bannières Uniprix et Proxim afin de promouvoir le recrutement et la rétention de pharmaciens, ATP et TP dans les succursales affiliées.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes reliées à la fonction.
Exigences du poste
- Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des Pharmaciens du Québec (OPQ);
- Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente en tant que pharmacien(ne) en milieu communautaire;
- Détenir une excellente connaissance et compréhension de la pratique de la pharmacie au Québec;
- Posséder un intérêt important pour les obligations professionnelles et l’encadrement de la pratique;
- Posséder un intérêt important pour les idées nouvelles;
- Avoir une bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs projets à la fois et à respecter les échéanciers;
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour le travail en équipe;
- Être à l’aise pour communiquer à l’oral et à l’écrit en français et en anglais;
- Faire preuve de rigueur et de professionnalisme;
- Avoir de l’expérience de gestion de projets sera jugé comme un atout.
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
