Relevant de la Cheffe principale, Opérations cliniques, le/la titulaire est responsable de piloter la performance opérationnelle et d’assurer l’exécution rigoureuse des priorités stratégiques dont celles en médicaments de spécialité à l’échelle des réseaux Proxim et Uniprix.
Dans un contexte de transformation de la pratique — marqué par la Loi 67, la délégation accrue des tâches en pharmacie, l'intégration de nouveaux rôles et l'adoption de nouvelles technologies — cette personne conçoit structure et déploie des modèles opérationnels performants permettant une adoption fluide, efficace et mesurable en pharmacie communautaire.
Elle agit comme un levier clé d’optimisation des opérations terrain, en standardisant les pratiques, en maximisant l’efficacité des équipes et en alignant les capacités opérationnelles avec les nouvelles réalités de la pratique pharmaceutique. En parallèle, le/la titulaire joue un rôle clé dans la croissance et la structuration du segment des médicaments de spécialité au sein du réseau. Ce secteur en forte croissance s'accompagne d'exigences cliniques, logistiques et de conformité élevée. Cette personne veille à ce que les pharmacies communautaires soient opérationnellement outillées pour capter et gérer ces opportunités, tout en agissant comme défenseur des intérêts des pharmaciens propriétaires afin de leur assurer l'accès, les ressources et les conditions d'exécution nécessaires.
Enfin, cette personne agit comme un partenaire stratégique des pharmaciens propriétaires, en défendant leurs enjeux opérationnels et en veillant à ce qu’ils aient accès aux ressources, au soutien et aux leviers nécessaires pour livrer une performance durable et compétitive.
Responsabilités principales
Représenter les bannières Proxim et Uniprix auprès des membres et de leurs équipes de laboratoire, par le biais d’une présence constante à travers le réseau.
• Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les pharmaciens propriétaires et leurs équipes.
• Anticiper les besoins émergents du réseau et formuler des recommandations stratégiques basées sur des insights terrain concrets
• Piloter activement la performance opérationnelle des laboratoires en définissant des indicateurs clairs, en suivant les résultats et en mettant en place des plans d’action concrets pour atteindre les cibles (productivité, délais, qualité, rentabilité).
• Promouvoir activement et contribuer à la croissance des services offerts par la bannière aux membres en démontrant leur valeur opérationnelle et financière auprès des membres.
• Veiller à la prestation des services d’optimisation des processus laboratoire contenues dans l’offre de services du département et soutenir le déploiement et à la mise en œuvre de différents programmes, visant à élever la pratique professionnelle, offerts par la bannière;
• Contribuer à la création et à la mise à jour régulière de tableaux de bords de performance mesurant l’impact des services offerts sur le terrain (indicateurs de performance au laboratoire, retour sur investissement, appréciation des membres, etc).
• Veiller à l’amélioration continue des différents services offerts par le département en apportant des modifications basées sur la rétroaction des clients.
• Collaborer au développement et à la mise-à-jour de contenu et des outils nécessaires à la prestation des services offerts par le département touchant à la pratique professionnelle des pharmaciens et au travail technique;
• Rédiger diverses communications destinées aux équipes de laboratoire du réseau;
• Animer des ateliers de groupe et des formations pour les pharmaciens et leurs équipes;
• Agir comme ressource-experte pour les autres départements du siège social pour toute question concernant les opérations en pharmacie, notamment avec les opérations de détail, de développement des affaires et les finances.
• Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
Exigences du poste
- Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des Pharmaciens du Québec (OPQ);
- Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente en tant que pharmacien(ne);
- Détenir une excellente connaissance et compréhension de la gestion opérationnelle d’un laboratoire en pharmacie et des processus connexes;
- Détenir une excellente connaissance et compréhension du marché québécois de médicaments de spécialités
- Être doté d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse;
- Faire preuve d’entregent et avoir de très bonnes habiletés de communication afin d’animer des présentations;
- Détenir une expérience de travail antérieure diversifiée à titre de pharmacien gestionnaire sera considéré comme un atout
- Détenir une formation ou une certification en amélioration continue (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.) sera considéré comme un atout;
- Être bilingue à l’oral et à l’écrit (français et anglais);
- Afin de répondre aux besoins des membres, être disponible pour des déplacements ponctuels à travers le Québec.
