Le/la Planificateur de l’Approvisionnement joue un rôle crucial dans la gestion de la planification des stocks et des achats pour un portefeuille spécifique de produits/fournisseurs. Ce poste favorise une performance financière et opérationnelle solide, une disponibilité constante des produits et des niveaux de stock optimaux. En exploitant de manière stratégique les fonctionnalités du MRP et les outils d’intelligence d’affaires, le Planificateur de l’Approvisionnement optimise les activités de gestion des inventaires et de réapprovisionnement, améliorant ainsi l'efficacité des processus de travail. Les principales responsabilités incluent la réduction des risques et des défis liés à l'approvisionnement, le renforcement des relations avec les fournisseurs, et la valorisation stratégique des opportunités de revenus.
Collaborant de manière transversale avec les équipes des Opérations des Centres de Distribution, des Achats Stratégiques, de la Planification de la Demande & des Événements, de l'Optimisation des Inventaires, et d’Intelligence d'Affaires, le Planificateur de l’Approvisionnement doit gérer efficacement le portefeuille de produits et les activités clés influant sur les niveaux de stocks, la qualité du service et la disponibilité des produits.
Section A – Responsabilités Spécifiques
Réapprovisionnement des stocks (35%)
Élabore le plan de réapprovisionnement des stocks au sein du portefeuille de produits/fournisseurs assigné en collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes internes, y compris, sans s'y limiter, la Planification de la Demande & des Événements, l'Optimisation des Inventaire, la Logistique Entrante, les Achats Stratégiques, les Opérations et les Ventes.
Gère l'exécution du plan de réapprovisionnement en équilibrant les contraintes financières, d’espace, logistiques et opérationnelles.
Exploite les fonctionnalités MRP pour générer des commandes d'achat au quotidien, cherchant à atteindre un équilibre optimal entre différents indicateurs clés de performance (incluant le niveau de service, les niveaux de stocks et la génération de revenus) grâce à des processus automatisés, basés sur les données.
Priorise les tâches et résout les défis découlant d'événements imprévus et d'exceptions en proposant des approches ou en mettant en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires.
Surveille de près les niveaux de service du portefeuille et traite rapidement les éléments peu performants pour améliorer les résultats globaux.
Réalise des opérations spéciales telles que les achats anticipés ou les promotions saisonnières.
Planification des stocks et de l'approvisionnement (40%)
En utilisant des techniques analytiques et de gestion des exceptions, identifie et communique les défis liés aux inventaires et les risques à venir, et soutient les plans d’action pour améliorer la performance.
Collabore avec les Achats Stratégiques pour faciliter les initiatives de génération de revenus en analysant les propositions, en mettant en évidence les opportunités/défis et en confirmant les scénarios d'investissement optimaux pour une exécution efficace.
En utilisant les outils systèmes, module le plan d'approvisionnement en prévision d’événements commerciaux spéciaux au sein du portefeuille et surveille les résultats.
Collabore avec les équipes des Opérations et de l'Optimisation des Inventaires pour définir des paramètres d'achat qui améliorent l'efficacité opérationnelle tout en respectant les contraintes de gestion des achats et des stocks.
Travaille en étroite collaboration avec la Planification de la Demande & des Événements pour élaborer des prévisions en interne et en externe (fournisseurs et clients), et soutient les engagements planifiés ainsi que les stratégies d’inventaire dédiés aux clients.
Participe à la résolution des problèmes opérationnels ainsi qu'à la gestion générale de la performance des fournisseurs.
Projets, amélioration continue et support aux activités (20%)
Apporte son soutien aux Achats Stratégiques dans le cadre des négociations concernant les gains commerciaux, les engagements d'inventaire ainsi que la gestion des fournisseurs.
Propose des innovations pour améliorer la productivité et s'aligner sur les objectifs.
Automatise/optimise les tâches & processus sans valeur ajoutée au sein du rôle.
Contribue activement à des projets interfonctionnels favorisant l'amélioration continue.
Agit en tant qu'expert et/ou super-utilisateur pour des sujets spécifiques.
Prépare et présente des résumés et des présentations pour les membres de l'équipe.
Autres (5%)
Occasionnellement remplace/soutient d'autres planificateurs d'approvisionnement et/ou activités connexes.
Maintient une connaissance pertinente des catégories de produits et se tient au courant des tendances et conditions du marché et de l'industrie.

Section B – Exigences du Poste
Expérience Professionnelle
4 ans d'expérience en Gestion de la Chaîne d'Approvisionnement, Achats et/ou Planification.
Expérience dans le Commerce de Détail/Distribution/Sciences de la Vie un atout.
Éducation
Baccalauréat dans un domaine lié à la chaîne d'approvisionnement, l'administration des affaires, la gestion des opérations ou équivalent.
Certification Lean Six Sigma (par exemple : ceinture jaune) et/ou désignation professionnelle en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (par exemple : CPIM) sont un atout.
Compétences clés
Forte capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, sous pression, et à prioriser adéquatement.
Compétence en collecte de données et analyse informative.

Job Summary
The Supply Planner plays a pivotal role in driving inventory planning and procurement for a specific portfolio of products/vendors. This position ensures robust financial & operational performance, consistent product availability, and optimal inventory levels. By strategically utilizing MRP capabilities and business intelligence tools, the Supply Planner streamlines stock and replenishment activities, enhancing workflow efficiency. Key responsibilities include mitigating supply risks and challenges, fostering strong supplier relationships, and strategically capitalizing on revenue opportunities.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Distribution Center (DC) Operations, Strategic Procurement, Demand & Events Planning, Inventory Optimization and Business Intelligence teams, the Supply Planner effectively manages product portfolios and key activities impacting inventory levels, service quality, and product availability.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
Inventory Replenishment (35%)
Develops the inventory replenishment plan within the assigned product/vendor portfolio in collaboration with key internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Demand & Events Planning, Inventory Optimization, Inbound Logistics, Strategic Procurement, Operations and Sales
Manages the execution of the procurement plan, balancing financial, spatial, logistical and operational constraints
Leverages MRP functionalities to generate daily purchase orders, striving to achieve an optimal balance between different key performance indicators (including service level, inventory levels, and revenue generation) through automated, data-driven processes
Prioritizes tasks & addresses challenges arising from unforeseen events and exceptions by providing guidance or implementing necessary corrective actions
Closely monitors portfolio service levels and swiftly addresses underperforming items to enhance overall performance
Executes special purchasing activities such as buy-ins or seasonal promotions.
Inventory and Supply Planning (40%)
By leveraging analytics and exception management techniques, identifies and communicates inventory challenges and upcoming risks, and supports mitigation plans to improve performance
Partners with Strategic Procurement to facilitate revenue generation initiatives by analyzing proposals, highlighting opportunities/challenges, and confirming optimal investment scenarios for effective execution
Leveraging system tools, modulates the supply plan ahead of special business events within the portfolio and monitors outcomes
Partners with Operations and Inventory Optimization teams to set purchasing parameters that enhance operational efficiency while meeting purchasing & inventory management constraints
Works closely with Demand & Events Planning to develop forecasts internally and externally (suppliers and customers), and supports planned commitments and customer-owned inventory strategies
Gets involved in operational issue resolution as well as general vendor performance management.
Procurement Strategy Execution, Projects and Support (20%)
Supports Strategic Procurement in negotiations related to business awards, inventory commitments and vendor management
Suggests innovations to enhance productivity and align with goals
Automates/streamlines non-value-added tasks/processes within the role
Actively contributes to cross-functional projects, fostering continuous improvement
Acts as a subject matter expert and/or super-user for specific topics
Prepares and delivers summaries and presentations for team members.
Other (5%)
Occasionally backfills/supports for other supply planners & and/or related activities
Maintains relevant business knowledge of product categories and stays abreast of market and industry trends and conditions
Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
Section B – Position Requirements
Working Experience
4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement and/or Planning
Retail/Wholesale/Life Sciences experience an asset.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain related field, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent
Lean Six Sigma certification (eg.: yellow belt) and/or professional designation in Supply Chain Management (eg.: CPIM) are an asset.
Core competencies
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills under pressure
Skilled in data gathering and insightful analysis
Good business acumen
Attention to detail with effective synthesis skills.
Technical Skills
Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken
Proficiency with ERP and replenishment systems

Familiar in utilizing data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to analyze and interpret data through existing dashboards.
