Le Directeur principal, Finance – FP&A corporatif, est responsable de l’élaboration, de la communication et de la mise en œuvre de la planification et de l’analyse financières pour la consolidation de McKesson Canada. Il agit comme principal interlocuteur financier auprès de McKesson Corporate et des équipes de direction des différentes unités d’affaires pour les prévisions, le budget, le plan à long terme ainsi que pour tout projet ponctuel nécessitant une analyse financière. Il conseille la haute direction en tant que partenaire d’affaires dans la consolidation des budgets, des prévisions et des plans à long terme, tant au niveau stratégique que tactique.
Responsabilités principales
• Agir comme partenaire d’affaires et conseiller financier clé auprès du VP, Finance, FP&A corporatif, ainsi que du CFO.
• Diriger et superviser toutes les activités liées à la planification et à l’analyse financières pour l’unité d’affaires de McKesson Canada, incluant notamment les rapports financiers, les budgets annuels, les prévisions mensuelles, les revues opérationnelles trimestrielles, les plans à long terme et les analyses financières ponctuelles.
• Conseiller la haute direction sur les implications financières des décisions d’affaires, identifier et gérer les risques et opportunités associés aux opérations et au plan à long terme (consolidation McKesson Canada).
• Fournir du soutien stratégique, de la planification de scénarios, ainsi que des analyses de risques et d’opportunités afin d’atteindre les objectifs financiers prévus et à long terme.
• Diriger le développement d’évaluations continues des objectifs financiers stratégiques à court et long terme et recommander des solutions aux parties prenantes, en tenant compte des facteurs internes et externes, de l’impact du marché, de la législation et de l’alignement avec les objectifs financiers corporatifs.
• Diriger les discussions et favoriser le consensus entre les équipes sur les sujets interdépendants entre les BU.
• Jouer un rôle clé dans l’avancement de la stratégie FP&A de McKesson Canada à travers les différents groupes.
• Soutenir l’équipe dans l’identification et la mise en œuvre de stratégies visant à maximiser la précision des prévisions au sein des différentes unités d’affaires.
• Appuyer l’équipe dans les livrables de fin de mois.
• S’assurer qu’à un niveau consolidé, les objectifs budgétaires sont atteints et que la croissance attendue pour les années futures est adéquate. Communiquer clairement au VP, Finance FP&A et M&A ainsi qu’aux CFO des BU les risques et opportunités pour l’année en cours et les années futures.
• Diriger des équipes interfonctionnelles pour suivre la performance des indicateurs clés par rapport au budget ou aux analyses financières prévues.
• Déterminer les normes et indicateurs permettant de mesurer la performance financière de McKesson Canada.
• Concevoir et communiquer des modèles flexibles (tests de résistance, gestion des dépenses, analyse coûts variables vs coûts fixes, etc.) afin d’assurer une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes et une intégration fluide dans les processus de clôture mensuelle, de prévision et de budgétisation annuelle.
• Identifier et communiquer les KPI/indicateurs clés à la haute direction, en mettant en lumière leur impact global sur l’entreprise avec des rapports clairs et concis.
• Assurer un environnement de contrôle interne hautement efficace et veiller au respect de tous les processus SOX dans le cadre du budget et du plan à long terme.
Analyse et performance financière
• Diriger l’analyse des résultats financiers de l’entreprise en lien avec les profits, tendances, coûts, et conformité aux budgets, prévisions et plan à long terme.
• Surveiller les résultats financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels et recommander des solutions stratégiques essentielles à la croissance de l’entreprise.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des KPI appropriés et ponctuels pour l’équipe de direction des BU, ainsi que des indicateurs permettant la gestion en temps réel des activités.
• Remettre en question les soumissions financières des BU pour les budgets, plans à long terme et prévisions continues afin d’assurer que les économies nécessaires sont prises en compte et que les coûts sont correctement reflétés.
• Guider la direction dans le développement des hypothèses mensuelles lors des prévisions et du rolling forecast ; élaborer des plans de réussite pour les budgets et le plan à long terme qui seront examinés et approuvés par l’équipe de direction exécutive.
• Agir comme partenaire d’affaires du groupe des relations avec les investisseurs chez Corporate pour représenter les principaux moteurs et la performance du Canada par rapport à l’année précédente.
• Diriger et soutenir les initiatives d’amélioration des processus et les projets de mise en œuvre de systèmes liés à la planification financière (incluant les projets dirigés par le corporate).

Qualifications
• Baccalauréat en commerce avec spécialisation en finance ou comptabilité. Titre comptable professionnel (CPA) requis ; solide expertise comptable.
• Minimum de 15 années d’expérience en comptabilité et gestion dans un rôle similaire, incluant au moins 10 années d’expérience en FP&A, idéalement dans une entreprise internationale.
• Expérience démontrée en interaction avec la haute direction et en développement de stratégies financières innovantes.

Job Summary
The Senior Director, Finance –Corporate FP&Ais responsible fordeveloping, communicating,and leading the execution of financial planning & analysis for McKesson Canada consolidation. The incumbent acts as the primary financial interface with McKesson Corporate and leadership teamacross different business unitsfor forecast, budget, long range plan and for any ad hoc projects requiring financial analysis.Guide senior management as an effective business partner in consolidating budgets, forecasts,and long-rangeplans, at both strategic and tactical levels.
•The candidate will act as a business partner and key financial advisor to the VP, Finance, CorporateFP&A as well as CFO
•Lead and oversee all aspects of the financial planning & analysis function supporting the McKesson Canada business unit, including, but not limited to financial reporting, annual budgets, monthly forecasts, quarterly operating reviews, long range plans and ad hoc financial analysis
•Accountable to guide executive management with respect to the financial implications of business decisions, to identifyand manage financial risks and opportunities related to the operations and long-term plan of the businesses (McKesson Canada Consolidation).
•Provide strategic decision support, scenario planning, and risk and opportunity analysis to achieve forecast and long-rangefinancial goals
•Lead the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives by making recommendations on solutions/initiatives to the business stakeholders, taking in consideration external and internal factors, market impacts,legislation,and alignment to McK Corporatefinancial objectives.
•Lead discussions and bring teams to consensus on matters having BU’s interdependency
•Plays a lead role in advancing McKesson Canada FP&A strategy acrossour different groups
•Support team toidentify and implement effective strategies to maximize forecast accuracy amongst the different business units at McKesson Canada
•Support team with month end deliverables
•Ensures that at a consolidated basis, we meet budget and deliver appropriate growth in future years. Communicates clearly to VP, Finance FP&A and M&A as well as to BU CFO, the risks, and opportunities for current year as well as for future years.
•Lead cross-functional teamsto track key drivers’performance against budget / financial business case
•Determine key standards and metrics to measure financial performance of McKesson Canada
•Lead and communicate flexible models (e.g.,stress test, spend smart, variable vs fixed cost analysis, etc.) to ensure effective communication with all stakeholders that creates simple process flow into monthly close and forecasting processes and annual budgeting and reporting.
•Identify and communicate KPIs/metricsto senior leadership highlighting the overall impact on the enterprise, with clear and concise reporting
•Accountable to maintain and ensure a highly effective internal control environment and executive accountability to adhere to all SOX related processes for budget/LRP process.
•Accountable to lead the analysis of the business financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs,and compliance with budgets, forecast and LRP.
•Responsible to monitor monthly, quarterly,and annual financial results and recommend strategic solutions critical to the success and growth of the business.
•Develop and implement the appropriate and timely KPI’s for the BU management team and develop metrics to help in the real-time management of the business.
•Challenge the BU financial submissions for budget, LRP and Rolling FCST of key stakeholders to ensure that we capture the right savings and that costs are properly captured in the forecast /budget/long range plan.
•Guide senior management in developing layovers during monthlyforecast and rolling forecast; developsbusiness success planningduringbudgetsand LRP that will be reviewedand approvedby executiveleadership team
•Business partner to the investors relations group at Corporate to represent Canada key drivers’ and performance vs last year
•Lead and support process improvements and system implementation projects related to financial planning(including corporate led projects)

•Acts as the company’s primary resource in his/her area of expertise, providing leadership and direction on all related issues.

Qualifications
•Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Finance or Accounting. Must have an accounting designation (CPA); strong accounting knowledge
•Minimum of 15 years of accounting and management experience in a similar role; with a minimum of 10years of FP&Aexperience, preferably in a global company
•Proven track record of accomplishments, and ability to interact with senior management, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies
•Possess a comprehensive knowledge with financial planning & analysis, as well assystems and demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of a broader set of business economics, intelligence,and analytical techniques.
•Strategic, innovative, proactive thinkerwith a desire to work in a changing environment
•Executive presence and acumen: ability to engage with senior leadership/executives,influence without authority, and hold your ground / defend your opinions
•Track record of driving result of multiple deliverables at the same time with strong sense of urgency
•Effective communication skills with strong influencing abilities
