Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at one of our designated office locations (Montreal, QC or Mississauga, ON). The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will drive the delivery of products and programs from design through execution, supporting both internal and external customers. You will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and operations - ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone with a digital mindset, design thinking capabilities, and experience in strategic project delivery. While Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus, the ability to lead with agility and influence across a matrixed organization is essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
Lead planning and execution of complex, strategic programs such as digital transformations and technology implementations.
Ensure alignment with business priorities, manage scope rigorously, and drive toward measurable outcomes.
Provide regular status updates, lead SteerCo meetings, and maintain project documentation.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and blockers.
Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project delivery.
Foster strong collaboration across business units and stakeholder groups.
Consultation & Influence:
Synthesize complex information across workstreams and connect strategic dots.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and consulting skills - listening, influencing, and problem-solving effectively.
Communicate with clarity and adaptability across all organizational levels.
Build trusted relationships and collaborate with business leaders to execute plans.
Change Leadership:
Champion change and drive adoption of solutions across the organization.
Act as a change lead when one is not assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of equivalent experience.
PMP and/or Lean/Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification is a plus.
Desired Skills:
Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
Proven experience in project delivery, prioritization, and implementation.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Ability to motivate and influence across all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinking with the ability to connect projects to broader business goals.
Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects.
Effective communicator in hybrid work environments.
Expertise in verbal and written communication.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience leading matrixed teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Resourceful, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
