Conseiller(ère), Gestion des congés, offre une expertise pointue et un soutien opérationnel pour les programmes de congés de McKesson Canada. Les principales responsabilités comprennent l’accompagnement des partenaires RH et des gestionnaires sur des questions liées à des dossiers particuliers ou complexes, la tenue à jour des données de congés dans les systèmes RH, le suivi des dossiers en collaboration avec les partenaires internes et externes, l’analyse des tendances en matière de congés ainsi que le coaching et la prestation de formation au besoin.

Responsabilités principales :
Agir comme point de contact principal pour les questions liées aux processus, aux politiques et aux dossiers de congés.
Assurer le suivi de l’ensemble des dossiers de congés afin de veiller à ce qu’ils soient gérés adéquatement et intervenir, au besoin, pour faire progresser les dossiers vers une résolution.
Assurer la supervision des dossiers gérés par les administrateurs des congés, notamment par des rencontres de suivi régulières, du coaching et la vérification du respect des niveaux de service.
Offrir des conseils aux partenaires RH et aux gestionnaires sur les dossiers complexes, incluant les invalidités, les accommodements en milieu de travail, les stratégies de retour au travail et l’interprétation des politiques.
Veiller à la déclaration rapide des réclamations d’invalidité et soutenir l’application cohérente des pratiques exemplaires en gestion des réclamations par les employé(e)s, les gestionnaires et les administrateurs des congés.
Mettre à jour et maintenir la documentation liée aux processus d’équipe, aux outils et aux procédures opérationnelles normalisées.
Assurer une gouvernance rigoureuse et une exécution précise des tâches administratives et des données de congés dans Workday (p. ex. formulaires d’assureur, mises à jour de statut, dates de fin de prestation d’invalidité, mises à jour de rémunération pour retour progressif, etc.).
Contribuer aux efforts d’amélioration continue en fournissant de la rétroaction sur les processus, en participant aux activités de formation et aux mises à jour de documentation, ainsi qu’en soutenant l’évaluation de l’expérience employé et gestionnaire.
Appuyer la ou le gestionnaire principal dans la gestion de dossiers plus complexes ainsi que dans des projets ou initiatives spéciaux.
Mettre à jour et préparer les indicateurs et rapports sur les tendances en matière de congés; identifier les enjeux nécessitant une escalade et contribuer aux recommandations élaborées par les membres principaux de l’équipe.
Participer à l’animation de séances de formation destinées aux gestionnaires et aux partenaires RH.
Expérience et qualifications :
Au moins 1 an d’expérience dans l’administration quotidienne de programmes d’invalidité et de gestion des congés, incluant la compréhension des meilleures pratiques, l’interprétation des politiques, la gestion de fournisseurs, l’analyse de tendances et le coaching/formation auprès des gestionnaires.
Connaissance et expérience en gestion de l’invalidité et des congés, incluant la gestion de réclamations d’invalidité assurées ou en maintien du salaire; connaissance des réglementations fédérales/provinciales et des congés protégés par la loi.
Capacité à collaborer efficacement avec les client(e)s et les collègues, souci du détail et solide sens des affaires.
Expérience avec Workday, ServiceNow ou des systèmes similaires (atout).
Connaissance de Microsoft Office 365.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (exigée).
Une désignation professionnelle ou un certificat lié à la gestion de l’invalidité ou des congés constitue un atout.
Please note: This position is for an 8 month contract.
Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Montreal. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
Job Summary:
The Advisor, Leaves Management provides subject matter expertise and operational support for McKesson Canada’s leave of absence programs. Key responsibilities include supporting HR partners and people leaders on case-specific questions and escalated or complex leave of absence matters, maintaining accurate leave data and updating HRIS systems, monitoring leaves and working internal and external partners to ensure proper oversight, conducting analyses of leave trends, coaching and delivering training when required.
The Advisor ensures that established processes and policies are followed, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support positive employee experiences, and contributes to continuous improvement activities led by senior team members.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for questions related to leave of absence processes, policies, and cases.
Monitor all leaves cases to ensure that they’re being managed appropriately, and intervene where/when appropriate to move them towards resolution.
Oversight of Leaves Administrators’ cases through regular review meetings, coaching and ensuring adherence to service-level expectations.
Provide guidance to HR partners and people leaders on complex matters, including complex disabilities, workplace accommodations, return-to-work guidance and policy interpretation.
Ensure timely reporting of disability claims and support the consistent application of best‑practice claim management by employees, people leaders, and Leaves Administrators.
Maintain and update documentation for team processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure accurate governance and execution of administrative tasks and Workday leave data (e.g., plan sponsor forms, leave status updates, disability pay stop dates, gradual return-to-work pay updates, etc).
Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes, participating in training and documentation updates, and assisting in assessing employee and people leader experience.
Assist the Senior Manager with more complex cases, special projects, and initiatives as needed.
Update and prepare leave metrics and trend reports; identify issues requiring escalation and provide input into recommendations developed by senior team members.
Participate in delivery of training sessions for people leaders and HR partners.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of experience with the day to day operation of disability/leaves management programs, understanding disability management best practices, policy interpretation, vendor management, trend analysis and people leader coaching/training.
Fluent in both English and French (oral and written fluency is required).
Knowledge and experience in disability/leaves management, and familiarity with managing insured and salary continuance disability claims; knowledge and familiarity with federal/provincial regulations and job protected leaves.
The ability to work collaboratively with clients and peers, and attention to detail and a polished sense of business acumen.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and similar systems preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Professional designation or certificate related to disability/leaves management is an asset.
