McKesson Canada est à la recherche d’un(e) associé(e) principal(e), Services de bureau et opérations des installations pour soutenir l’exploitation sécuritaire, efficace et bien entretenue de son campus du Montreal. Ce poste pratique est responsable de l’exécution quotidienne des services liés aux installations et contribue à offrir un environnement de travail fonctionnel, sécuritaire et positif pour les employés.
La personne retenue agira à titre de partenaire de première ligne en gestion des installations, en assurant l’exécution opérationnelle, la coordination administrative, la gestion des fournisseurs et la conformité en matière de santé et sécurité. Le rôle comprend également une participation active à l’amélioration continue des services et de l’expérience en milieu de travail.
Responsabilités principales
Opérations quotidiennes et entretien des installations
- Agir comme point de contact principal pour les demandes quotidiennes relatives aux installations.
- Créer, assigner, suivre, exécuter et clôturer les bons de travail liés aux systèmes du bâtiment, au mobilier, à l’équipement et à l’entretien général.
- Coordonner les interventions avec les équipes internes, les entrepreneurs et les fournisseurs externes.
- Effectuer des inspections et des tournées régulières afin d’identifier les besoins d’entretien et les risques potentiels en matière de sécurité et planifier et corriger les enjeux identifiés.
- Soutenir les programmes d’entretien préventif afin de réduire les interruptions et prolonger la durée de vie des actifs.
- Utiliser de façon sécuritaire divers outils manuels et électriques conformément aux normes et pratiques de sécurité.
- Capacité à soulever et manipuler en toute sécurité des charges allant jusqu’à 50 livres, conformément aux exigences de santé et sécurité au travail.
Gestion des fournisseurs et partenaires de services
- Coordonner les activités des fournisseurs sur le site et agir comme lien entre McKesson et les prestataires de services.
- Former les nouveaux fournisseurs sur les attentes du site, les procédures d’accès, de facturation et les exigences en matière de sécurité.
- Vérifier l’achèvement des travaux, examiner les factures et contribuer à la résolution des problèmes de service.
- Appuyer les initiatives d’amélioration continue visant à accroître la performance, la fiabilité et l’efficacité des coûts.
Santé, sécurité et conformité
- Soutenir la conformité aux lois, règlements et politiques internes en matière de santé et sécurité.
- Participer aux inspections du lieu de travail, à l’identification des dangers et au suivi des mesures correctives.
- Maintenir une documentation complète et à jour, notamment :
- Fiches de données de sécurité (FDS)
- Rapports d’incident et d’accident
- Registres de premiers soins
- Rapports d’inspection du milieu de travail
- Documentation du comité mixte de santé et de sécurité (CMSS)
Soutien administratif et systèmes
- Préparer et maintenir la documentation, les rapports et les dossiers relatifs aux installations.
- Émettre, suivre et désactiver les cartes d’accès au bâtiment selon les politiques établies.
- Soutenir les modifications d’espace, les déplacements mineurs, la mise à jour de la signalisation et les communications liées aux installations.
- Maintenir des dossiers organisés et prêts pour les audits afin d’assurer la conformité et le suivi opérationnel.
Service à la clientèle et expérience en milieu de travail
- Soutenir les clients internes en expliquant clairement les processus et services liés aux installations.
- Participer aux orientations des employés, aux visites des lieux et aux initiatives spéciales.
- Offrir un service professionnel et réactif dans un environnement dynamique et à priorités multiples.
- Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les parties prenantes internes et les équipes partenaires.
Amélioration continue et innovation
- Identifier des occasions d’amélioration des services, processus et expériences en milieu de travail.
- Recommander des solutions pratiques et innovantes aux défis opérationnels.
- Soutenir la standardisation des services, l’optimisation des processus et l’adoption des meilleures pratiques.
- Utiliser les données, les commentaires et les observations pour améliorer la prise de décision et la prestation des services.

Role Summary
McKesson Canada is seeking a Senior Associate, Office Services & Facilities Operations to support the safe, efficient, and well‑maintained operation of our Montreal campus. This hands‑on role is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of facilities services, ensuring a high standard of workplace functionality, safety, and employee experience.
The successful candidate will serve as a frontline facilities partner, balancing operational execution, administrative coordination, vendor management, and Health & Safety compliance. This role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and overall workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Facilities Operations & Maintenance
- Act as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day facilities requests, issues, and service needs.
- Initiate, dispatch, monitor, execute and close work orders related to building systems, furniture, equipment, and general maintenance.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal teams, contractors, and service vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct routine site walks and inspections to proactively identify maintenance requirements and potential safety concerns. Plan for and correct identified issues.
- Support preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
- Proficient in the safe use of hand and power tools, in compliance with established safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds in accordance with workplace safety requirements.
Vendor & Service Partner Management
- Coordinate on‑site vendor activities and act as a liaison between McKesson and external service providers.
- Onboard and orient new vendors regarding site expectations, access protocols, billing procedures, and safety requirements.
- Validate work completion, review invoices for accuracy, and assist with the resolution of service‑related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with vendors to enhance service quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Support compliance with applicable Health & Safety legislation, codes, and internal policies.
- Participate in workplace inspections, hazard identification, and corrective action tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date Health & Safety documentation, including:
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Incident and accident reports
- First Aid logs
- Workplace inspection records
- Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) documentation
Administrative & Systems Support
- Prepare, maintain, and organize facilities documentation, reports, and operational records.
- Issue, track, and deactivate building access cards in accordance with corporate policies.
- Support space changes, minor office moves, signage updates, and facilities‑related communications.
- Maintain organized, audit‑ready records to support compliance and reporting requirements.
Customer Service & Workplace Experience
- Provide clear guidance to internal customers regarding facilities processes, services, and expectations.
- Support employee orientations, site tours, and special workplace initiatives.
- Deliver responsive, professional service in a fast‑paced environment while managing competing priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partner teams.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve facilities operations, workflows, and employee experience.
- Recommend practical and creative solutions to operational challenges.
- Support service standardization, process improvements, and adoption of best practices.
- Utilize data, feedback, and on‑site observations to support informed decision‑making and service enhancements.
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
