Communicate the Generics Programs & Products vision and translate it into a functional strategy for the Product Portfolio Management team.
Translate customer needs, market insights, competitive intelligence, and field feedback into actionable product requirements and strategic roadmaps.
Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept and incubation through launch, scale, and end-of-life—ensuring cohesive execution and enterprise alignment.
Partner with key stakeholders (including Reporting, Insights & Analytics, and FP&A) to validate roadmap feasibility, leverage insights for data-driven decisions, and budget, forecast, and track financial performance (e.g., NPL).
Guide development of executive communications, messaging, and insights for each BU/segment related to product and portfolio performance (e.g., sales, compliance, trends, savings, opportunities, and risks).
