As a Senior Manager, Change Management within the HR Strategy & Operations
(HRSO) team at CoverMyMeds, you will be a strategic change leader—enabling
successful business transformation by helping people adopt new ways of working.
You will partner closely with HR, business leaders, and enterprise stakeholders to
translate strategy into action through thoughtful change planning, disciplined
execution, and strong sponsorship.


This role is designed for a seasoned change professional who thrives in complexity,
brings structure to ambiguity, and can connect the human experience of change to
business outcomes. You will play a critical role in advancing our aspirational
strategies, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered with clarity, care, and
measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities


Enterprise Change Leadership
Lead change management strategies for complex, cross-functional initiatives
spanning people, processes, and technology. Define the approach to drive
awareness, adoption, and sustained behavior change across diverse stakeholder
groups.

Change Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive change plans that include sponsorship alignment,
stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities.
Anticipate risk, resistance, and capacity constraints, and proactively adjust strategies
to maintain momentum.


Business Partnership & Strategy Realization
Partner with HR Business Partners, functional leaders, and transformation teams to
understand strategic priorities and integrate change activities into broader business
plans. Help leaders translate vision into actionable, people-centered change
journeys.


Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and project teams. Facilitate
alignment, guide decision-making, and coach leaders to model desired behaviors
and visibly sponsor change.


Execution & Governance
Oversee change execution by establishing clear milestones, success measures, and
feedback loops. Monitor progress, surface insights, and provide regular updates to
leadership on adoption, risks, and outcomes.


Capability Building & Enablement
Strengthen enterprise change capability by coaching teams, sharing best practices,
and applying common frameworks and tools. Serve as a thought partner and
resource for colleagues navigating change.


Enterprise Collaboration
Collaborate across HR Strategy & Operations, Talent Development, HR Business
Partners, and McKesson Centers of Excellence to ensure change efforts are aligned,
scalable, and reinforce a consistent employee experience.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human
Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or
related roles
oOR 5+ years of experience in a consulting environment
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change initiatives and activating
business strategies through effective adoption
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and guide organizations through
ambiguity
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills
Experience working in complex, matrixed environments
Change management certification preferred (e.g., Prosci, Kotter)
Critical Skills & Success Profile
Operates with confidence and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Builds trust and influences without formal authority
Translates complex initiatives into clear, compelling change narratives
Anticipates downstream impacts and manages risk thoughtfully
Balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Role Details
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Senior Manager, Change Management reports to the Senior Director, HR
Strategy & Operations.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$108,400 - $180,600
