CoverMyMeds’ Hub product team is looking for a Manager's Product Managementto lead ourFront-EndHubproduct team. 

We build tech enabled products thatpowerpatient support programs. Our products sit at the front door of the hub experience, supporting healthcare providersand patientstothe medicine they need to live healthier lives. 

About TheRole

This role will own the strategy and execution for our Front-End product portfoliosuch as enrollments, PA status sharing, Non-Dispensing Pharmacy (NDP) as a Service and otherinnovations.A core focus for this team is the HCP experience within theCoverMyMedsportaland expanding how we partner with manufacturers andother patient support hubs. 

This role is ideal for aself starterwho takes initiative,thrives in ambiguity,leads through collaboration, and balances strategic thinkingwith execution. You willberesponsibleforP&L ownership, product performance, and developing ahigh performingteam of product managers.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will:

  • Own the end-to-endproductstrategy, roadmap, and prioritization forFront End Hub Support products, aligning product direction to customer needs, market dynamics, and business objectives

  • Lead P&L ownership for theFront-EndHubportfolio, including pricing guardrails, financial performance, investment decisions, and partnership with Commercial teams on deal support

  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, scalability, and adoption ofFront-End Hubproducts and services

  • Drive product direction through customer insight, market analysis, and operational realities, translating complex reimbursement needs into clear, actionable product plans

  • Serve as a key point of leadership and influence, building alignment and buyingacross cross functionalteams while navigating competing priorities

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, clear direction, and growth opportunities to strengthen product thinking, execution skills, and business acumen

  • Ensureourproducts and services are compliant, scalable, and operationally sound, partnering with Legal and Compliance to proactively manage risk

  • Communicate product strategy, performance, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and confidence

SkillsYou’llNeed

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience in a Healthcare SAAS environment. 

  • Product management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)

  • Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and prioritization in cross-functional environments

  • P&L orfinancial managementexperience

  • Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Operations, UX and Commercial teams

PreferredSkills

  • Experience with patient support programs, enrollment workflows, or HCP-facing products

  • Familiarity with modular offeringsand tech-enabled services

  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes

  • Effective people leader with a passion for developing product talent 

  • Comfortoperatingin complex, matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority

  • Bias towards action with a collaborative, inclusive leadership style

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$108,800 - $181,300
