About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment operations and partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience.

As a Coordinator, you will independently manage recruitment coordination activities, ensure smooth execution of hiring processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office attendance 3 consecutive days per month (“HR Collaboration Week”) at: 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders (virtual and onsite).
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with full-cycle recruitment coordination.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and organization.
  • Prepare interview materials and manage panel logistics.
  • Track interview feedback and ensure process compliance.
  • Support offer coordination, background checks, and onboarding logistics.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
  • Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience supporting high-volume or multi-requisition recruitment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate experience strategies.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools.
  • Process improvement or operations support experience.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is considered an asset.
  • Experience in corporate, shared services, or healthcare environments.

Work Location, Travel & Physical Requirements:

  • Hybrid role with 3 consecutive in-office days per month (Mississauga, ON).
  • Primarily sedentary role requiring computer-based work.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$66,200 - $88,300
