L’analyste Opérations des ventes participe aux réunions avec les clients et mène des actions visant à assurer l’excellence opérationnelle et une expérience client supérieure.
Responsabilités spécifiques
Concevoir, développer et publier des indicateurs clés de performance et des niveaux de service, conformément aux ententes de service.
Mettre en œuvre des mesures des meilleures pratiques pour évaluer la performance globale de la distribution spécialisée.
Déterminer et examiner les possibilités d’amélioration continue avec l’équipe de gestion; mettre en œuvre des solutions.
Participer aux réponses aux appels d’offres, pour les questions relatives aux opérations des ventes.
Diriger et mettre en œuvre les activités de transition de clients, afin d’assurer une mise en œuvre transparente des services et des programmes, en utilisant les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet.
Diriger les revues avec les fabricants, les clients et les intervenants internes pour assurer la qualité et l’exactitude des données, conformément aux exigences commerciales pour soutenir les programmes.
Définir et établir les prévisions d’achat en fonction des exigences du client, des délais d’approvisionnement entrants et des besoins anticipés du marché.
Analyser les tendances des ventes et les paramètres des stocks de sécurité; fournir des recommandations pour des ajustements, afin d’atténuer les risques.
Préparer toutes les mesures nécessaires pour soutenir les revues d’affaires des clients et d’autres réunions; présenter les résultats et les plans d’action aux clients; diriger les éléments d’action du plan.
Préparer et présenter l’analyse et les résultats des parts de marché; rechercher des moyens de soutenir la croissance et faire des recommandations à la direction.
Agir à titre de point de contact principal pour les problèmes quotidiens et les possibilités d’amélioration; travailler en collaboration avec divers intervenants clés (service à la clientèle, opérations, ventes, TI, finances, pharmacies spécialisées McKesson et équipes du programme de soutien aux patients) pour la résolution des problèmes.
Examiner les frais de service mensuels pour s’assurer de la conformité aux ententes de service; repérer les problèmes et les domaines d’opportunités pour améliorer la gestion.
Mesurer le processus de la commande à paiement et du flux de retour des produits par le biais d’indicateurs de premier plan; identifier les domaines d’opportunités pour des améliorations continues; mesurer les tendances et les résultats.
Maintenir et concevoir des politiques de retour précises pour les produits du fabricant; guider l’équipe des retours sur la façon d’améliorer et d’optimiser les processus.
Effectuer une analyse des prévisions de ventes et déceler tout écart par rapport aux budgets.
Concevoir et maintenir les flux de processus et la documentation, en utilisant les meilleures pratiques du secteur, afin d’assurer une formation inter fonctionnelle; former les employés, en tant qu’expert d’affaires.
Se tenir au courant des avancées technologiques et évaluer leur pertinence et importance pour l’équipe des opérations des ventes de la distribution spécialisée.
Faire des recommandations sur les améliorations du système, afin d’améliorer l’offre de distribution spécialisée et de générer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires.
Entretenir des connaissances pertinentes dans le domaine des affaires relativement aux catégories de produits et être à l’affût des tendances et conditions du marché et de l’industrie.

Qualifications
Expérience de travail
4 ans ou plus d'expérience dans un poste semblable.
Expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique (expérience en distribution 3PL un atout).
Une expérience de la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et des achats dans le secteur de la vente au détail, de la vente en gros et des hôpitaux est un atout.
Expérience en analyse des données et en gestion des bases de données et des systèmes.
Éducation
Diplôme universitaire dans une discipline pertinente.
Compétences relationnelles et de développement personnel
Excellentes aptitudes en matière d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Operations Specialized Distribution, the Business Operations Account Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day Specialized Distribution clients needs are met. The Business Operations Account Specialist is responsible for resolving daily issues reported through Customer Care, Sales, Operations and other stakeholders, collaborating with all relevant cross-functional team members, and leads resolution. The incumbent designs, develops and publishes all Key Performance Indicators to meet the contractual obligations with clients, budget and sales forecasts impacts, as well as maintains and implements any needed adjustments. The Business Operations Account Specialist manages the reporting processes and provides the management team with recommendations, analytics, business intelligence, systems enhancements and timely decision-making information and metrics relative to Business Operations, procurement processes, reverse logistics and overall performance. The Business Operations Account Specialist leads client meetings and actions to deliver operational excellence and superior customer experience.
Specific Responsibilities
Designs, develops and publishes Key Performance Indicators and Service Levels, in compliance to service agreements.
Implements best practice metrics to evaluate the overall performance of Specialized Distribution.
Identifies and reviews opportunities for continuous improvement with the management team; implements solutions.
Participates to Request for Proposals responses, for Sales Operations matters.
Leads and implements onboarding activities, to ensure seamless implementation of services and programs, using project management best practices.
Leads reviews with manufacturers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and accuracy, according to business requirements to support the programs.
Defines and builds purchasing forecasts according to the client requirements, inbound lead times and market anticipated needs.
Analyzes sales trends and safety stock parameters; provides recommendations for adjustments, to mitigate risks.
Prepares all necessary metrics to support client business reviews and other meetings; presents results and action plans to clients; leads action items in the plan.
Prepares and presents market share analysis and findings; look for ways to support growth and make recommendations to management.
Acts as primary point of contact for daily issues and opportunities for improvements; works collaboratively with various key stakeholders (Customer Service, Operations, Sales, IT, Finance, McKesson Specialty pharmacies and Patient Support Program teams) for resolution.
Reviews monthly service fees to ensure compliance to service agreements; identifies any issues and areas of opportunities to improve management.
Measures Order-to-Cash process and returns flow of products through leading metrics; identifies areas of opportunities for continuous improvements; measures trends and outcomes.
Maintains and designs accurate returns policies for manufacturer products; guides to the returns team on how to improve and optimize processes.
Performs sales forecasts analysis and identifies any gaps against budgets.
Designs and maintains process flows and documentation, using best practices in the industry, to ensure cross-functional training; trains employees, as Subject Matter Expert.
Keeps abreast of technological advances and evaluates their relevance and importance for the Specialized Distribution Sales Operations team.
Make recommendations on system enhancements, to improve the Specialized Distribution offering and generate new business.
Maintains relevant business knowledge of product categories and stays abreast of market and industry trends and conditions.
Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
Qualifications
Working Experience
4+ years experience in a similar role.
Experience in pharmaceutical environment (3PL distribution experience an asset).
Retail/Wholesale/Hospital supply chain and procurement management experience an asset.
Experience with data analytics and database/systems management.
Education
University degree in relevant discipline.
