Le ou la gestionnaire des installations est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle quotidienne des installations de McKesson au bureau de Dobrin, en coordonnant les services avec les fournisseurs externes de services techniques (Hard Facilities Services). Le rôle vise à assurer des opérations sécuritaires, efficaces et conformes, tout en mettant l’accent sur la gouvernance des fournisseurs, l’expérience employé, le développement et la croissance de l’équipe ainsi que l’optimisation des coûts.
Le/la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Responsabilités spécifiques
- Supervise l’ensemble du site de Dobrin, y compris la gestion des services techniques et des partenaires externes.
- Gère directement les services généraux (nettoyage, sécurité, réception, gestion des déchets, coordination du courrier).
- Surveille les indicateurs de performance, les SLA et la conformité de l’équipe ainsi que des partenaires externes et sous‑traitants (le directeur national des opérations immobilières est responsable des partenaires sous‑traitants).
- Soutient les projets d’immobilisations de Dobrin définis par le directeur national et la stratégie du portefeuille.
- Gère les budgets d’exploitation et d’immobilisations du site de Dobrin.
- Dirige les activités de conformité et de gestion de crise à Dobrin.
- Soutient la planification des espaces, les événements et les services en milieu de travail en coordination avec les équipes immobilières corporatives et canadiennes.
- Met en œuvre des initiatives liées à la durabilité, l’efficacité énergétique et la réduction des déchets.
- Gère les budgets d’exploitation des installations, en veillant à la rentabilité et à l’exactitude du reporting.
- Répond aux enjeux opérationnels quotidiens et escalade les risques critiques à la direction.
- Collabore avec les RH, MT, Sécurité, Communications et les leaders d’affaires pour offrir une expérience employé positive.
- Assure la conformité en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement.
- Encadre et développe l’équipe interne des installations et les coordonnateurs.
- Favorise une culture d’équipe axée sur la sécurité, le service et la responsabilisation.
- Dirige, forme et soutient les membres de l’équipe des installations pour assurer une performance élevée, une responsabilité claire et une expérience employé positive.
- Établit des objectifs et attentes clairs, fournit une rétroaction régulière, des plans de développement et des évaluations de performance.
- Encourage une culture collaborative et orientée service, mettant l’accent sur la sécurité, l’amélioration continue et l’excellence opérationnelle.
Qualifications minimales
- Baccalauréat en gestion des installations, en génie ou en administration (préféré).
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis, avec d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite dans les deux langues.
- Plus de 8 ans d’expérience en gestion des installations dans un environnement corporatif multi‑sites.
- Expérience préalable en gestion de fournisseurs et en gouvernance contractuelle.
- Connaissance des normes de conformité (incendie, sécurité, environnement, codes du bâtiment).
- Maîtrise des systèmes IWMS/CAFM et de Microsoft Office.
- Solide connaissance pratique des systèmes de bâtiment et des opérations d’installations.
- Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de fournisseurs de services et de budgets d’installations.
- Capacité avérée à diriger des équipes internes et des partenaires externes, en fournissant des directives claires, de la rétroaction et du développement pour assurer une performance élevée et une forte collaboration.

Job Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the daily operational management of McKesson facilities in the Dobrin office, coordinating services with outsourced Hard Facilities Services providers. The role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant workplace operations while focusing on vendor governance, employee experience, employee, team development and growth and cost optimization.
The incumbent will support internal and/or external clients outside of Quebec and/or in the United States on a daily basis. Therefore, this position requires proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language proficiency has been limited as much as possible.

Specific Responsibilities
- Oversees Dobrin’s site entirely including managing hard services plus external partners.
- Manage soft services directly (cleaning, security, reception, waste management, mailroom coordination).
- Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and compliance of team and outsourced and external partners (National Facilities Operations Director is accountable for outsourced partners.)
- Supports Dobrin’s capital projects as defined by the National Director and portfolio strategy.
- Manages Dobrin’s operating and capital budgets.
- Leads compliance and crisis management at Dorbin.
- Support space planning, events, and workplace services in coordination with the Corporate and Canadian Real Estate teams.
- Implement sustainability, energy efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Manage facilities operating budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accurate reporting.
- Respond to day-to-day operational issues, escalating critical risks to leadership.
- Partner with HR, MT, Security, Communications and business leaders to deliver a positive workplace experience.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Lead and develop internal facilities staff and coordinators.
- Promote a safety-first, service-oriented, and accountable team culture.
- Lead, coach, and support facilities team members to ensure strong performance, clear accountability, and a positive employee experience.
- Set clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, development plans, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative, service‑oriented culture that emphasizes safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.
- Bilingual (French and English) required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 8+ years of facilities management experience in a multi-site corporate environment.
- Prior vendor management and contract governance skills.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (fire, safety, environmental, building codes).
- Proficiency in IWMS/CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of building systems and facilities operations.
- Proven experience managing service providers and facilities budgets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead facilities staff and external partners, providing clear direction, feedback, and development to ensure high performance and strong collaboration
