Relevant de la Directrice Principale, Services professionnels, le Directeur(trice) Talents et partenariats stratégiques, Proxim et Uniprix, joue un rôle crucial dans la stratégie et les décisions influençant la profitabilité globale des pharmacies Proxim et Uniprix. En définissant et en mettant en place des partenariats stratégiques, ce poste influence directement les revenus provenant de Sivem, de la distribution et du plancher de vente.
Le/la titulaire gère également le risque tout en développant des relations durables avec des partenaires clés pour maximiser les résultats financiers et la visibilité des marques. Le rôle inclut l'attraction et la rétention des talents, l'augmentation des activités cliniques, des ventes de Rx, et des revenus pour McKesson. L'objectif est d'augmenter le sentiment d’appartenance, attirer de futurs pharmaciens propriétaires et employés, et former les employés pour devenir des références dans le domaine.
Ce rôle exige une forte capacité à influencer les décisions globales et à contribuer à la rentabilité de l’organisation. De plus, le/la titulaire est responsable de développer des solutions d'affaires pour augmenter les ventes et la pénétration de Sivem et de la distribution, maximisant ainsi l’impact financier sur l’entreprise.
Responsabilités spécifiques
Développer des solutions d'affaires pour augmenter les ventes et la pénétration de Sivem et de la distribution, en collaboration avec les équipes multifonctionnelles de McKesson, et maximiser l’impact financier sur l’entreprise.
Établir la stratégie de positionnement des bannières pour la pénurie de main-d’œuvre en développant une marque employeur afin d'attirer et de retenir les talents en pharmacie, et de faire rayonner les bannières Proxim et Uniprix.
Négocier des ententes commerciales avec les fournisseurs de services et de produits en pharmacie, en lien avec les programmes professionnels, et être imputable sur l’atteinte des objectifs financiers.
Mettre en place et maintenir des relations solides avec les partenaires manufacturiers et les acteurs-clés de l’industrie pour développer des synergies profitables.
Gérer l’équipe responsable de l’offre de formations continues et des partenariats stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs et réaliser le plan d’affaires.
Maximiser la valeur du Symposium professionnel Uniprix Proxim, le plus grand événement de formation de McKesson au Canada, afin de contribuer stratégiquement à l’évolution de la pratique, à la rétention des membres, et à l'impact sur les revenus.
Bâtir des partenariats distinctifs avec les universités pour soutenir les étudiants en pharmacie et renforcer le positionnement des bannières Proxim et Uniprix au Québec.
Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les pharmaciens propriétaires Proxim et Uniprix pour comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins actuels et émergeants.
Diriger le dossier de l’écoresponsabilité en réalisant des événements carboneutres et en promouvant l’écoresponsabilité auprès des pharmaciens.
Solliciter des partenaires pour participer aux causes Proxim et Uniprix, augmentant ainsi la visibilité et les revenus.
Augmenter la satisfaction des membres en se concentrant sur des leviers ayant un impact financier positif sur l’entreprise.
Exigences du poste
Baccalauréat en sciences ou en administration, MBA un atout
12+ ans d'expérience en pharmacie de détail et dans l’industrie pharmaceutique
Excellente compréhension de la pharmacie communautaire et des acteurs-clés de l’industrie
Expérience en développement des affaires et en création de partenariats stratégiques
Expérience en développement de stratégies pour l’attraction et la rétention de talents
2 à 4 ans d’expérience en gestion
Forte capacité en gestion du changement
Compétences interpersonnelles et en communication supérieures
Bilingue (Anglais/Français)
Le.la titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l’extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, Talent & Strategic Partnerships to support the growth and success of our Proxim and Uniprix banners.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Professional Services, this role plays a critical part in shaping strategy and driving decisions that influence the overall profitability of our network. You will lead the development of strategic partnerships, enhance talent attraction and retention initiatives, and contribute directly to revenue growth across Sivem, distribution, and front-store operations.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong business acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships across the pharmacy ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business solutions to increase sales and market penetration for Sivem and distribution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize financial performance and profitability
Contribute to strategic decision-making impacting the organization’s growth
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with service and product providers
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and key industry stakeholders
Establish strategic partnerships that drive innovation and profitability
Develop university partnerships to support pharmacy students and strengthen brand positioning
Lead initiatives to attract and retain top pharmacy talent
Develop and promote employer branding strategies for Proxim and Uniprix
Support long-term workforce planning, including future pharmacist-owners
Lead and develop a team responsible for continuing education and strategic partnerships
Maintain strong relationships with owner-pharmacists to understand and address evolving needs
Enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Maximize the impact of the Proxim Uniprix Professional Symposium (Canada’s largest McKesson training event)
Lead sustainability initiatives, including carbon-neutral events and eco-responsible practices
Support community and brand initiatives to increase visibility and revenue
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an asset)
12+ years of experience in retail pharmacy and/or the pharmaceutical industry
Strong understanding of community pharmacy and key industry stakeholders
Proven experience in business development and strategic partnerships
Experience in talent attraction and retention strategies
2–4 years of leadership experience
Strong change management and influencing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bilingualism (English and French) is required
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
