Responsabilités principales:
Leadership stratégique en ETS et remboursement
Offrir des conseils d’expert aux clients en matière de stratégies d’accès au marché et de remboursement.
Diriger la préparation, la planification et l’exécution des dossiers d’ETS et de remboursement destinés aux autorités canadiennes, notamment le CDA‑AMC, l’INESSS, les ministères provinciaux de la Santé et les assureurs privés.
Élaborer des plans stratégiques pour les soumissions en ETS et remboursement, alignés sur les exigences et les objectifs liés à l’accès au marché.
Surveiller et interpréter l’évolution des processus d’accès au marché, des pratiques d’ETS et des politiques de remboursement au Canada afin d’orienter les stratégies de soumission.
Collaboration avec les clients et les parties prenantes
Travailler de façon étroite avec les clients pharmaceutiques pour adapter les stratégies de soumission à leurs objectifs.
Agir comme principal point de contact auprès des clients et s’assurer que leurs besoins sont bien compris et adressés.
Établir et maintenir d’excellentes relations avec les clients, les organismes d’ETS et les assureurs privés.
Collaboration interfonctionnelle
Collaborer avec des expert·e·s en économie de la santé, en recherche sur les résultats et en évaluation clinique pour recueillir et synthétiser les données pertinentes.
Assurer une coordination efficace entre les différentes équipes contribuant aux dossiers afin de garantir des soumissions complètes et de haute qualité.
Gestion de projets
Gérer plusieurs projets clients simultanément et assurer le respect des échéanciers.
Superviser les calendriers, les ressources et les livrables pour répondre aux attentes et exigences.
Soutenir tous les aspects administratifs liés aux projets de soumission, y compris la facturation, les modifications contractuelles et la documentation connexe.
Expérience et qualifications:
Diplôme d’études supérieures en politiques de santé, santé publique, pharmacie ou domaine connexe.
Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en évaluation des technologies de la santé, en recherche sur les résultats ou en accès au marché, dans le contexte du système de santé canadien.
Antécédents démontrés de succès dans la préparation et la soumission de dossiers d’ETS et de remboursement auprès des autorités de santé canadiennes.
Excellente connaissance des réglementations canadiennes en matière de santé et des processus de remboursement.
Solides compétences en gestion de projets, avec la capacité de gérer simultanément plusieurs dossiers et échéances.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our office in Mississauga. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
Job Summary:
As a Sr. Consultant, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) & Submissions, you will play a crucial role in guiding pharmaceutical manufacturers through the complex landscape of health technology assessments and reimbursement submissions. We are seeking a professional with significant experience and expertise in this field. You will lead and manage the development and submission of HTA and reimbursement dossiers to Canadian health authorities and private payers, ensuring strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for timely and high-quality submissions. You will work closely with specialists in health economics and clinical evaluation to support our clients in achieving successful reimbursement and market access for their products. Solving complex problems and providing insightful recommendations is vital, as well-informed advice can greatly enhance our clients' ability to achieve market access and secure reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HTA and Reimbursement Leadership:
Provide expert guidance to clients on market access and reimbursement strategies.
Lead the development, planning, and execution of HTA and reimbursement dossiers for Canadian authorities, including CDA‑AMC, INESSS, provincial health ministries, and private payers.
Develop strategic plans for HTA and reimbursement submissions aligned with requirements and market access goals.
Monitor and interpret changes in Canadian market access, HTA processes and reimbursement policy to inform submission strategies.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with brand pharmaceutical clients to tailor submission strategies to their objectives.
Serve as the primary client‑facing contact, ensuring client needs are understood and met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, HTA bodies, and private payers.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with health economics, outcomes research, and clinical experts to gather and synthesize relevant data and evidence.
Ensure effective coordination and alignment between cross-functional contributors for high‑quality submissions.
Project Management:
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet expectations and deadlines.
Support all administrative needs within submission projects, including invoicing, contract amendments, and related documentation requirements.
Experience & Qualifications:
Advanced degree in health policy, public health, pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in health technology assessment, outcomes research, or market access, with a focus on the Canadian healthcare system.
Proven track record of successful HTA and reimbursement submissions to Canadian health authorities.
Strong knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations and reimbursement processes.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Project leadership experience, with the ability to guide workflows, provide direction, and support staff in delivering high‑quality work.
