Il veille à ce que les chefs de projet soient informés de l'étendue des travaux et des communications, et participe à l'établissement du budget, à l'administration et à l'exécution des projets de développement des magasins. Cela implique de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet existants et de superviser le travail des spécialistes et des fournisseurs afin de s'assurer que les projets sont menés à bien dans les délais et de manière rentable, tout en respectant les normes et l'intégrité de la marque. Responsabilités spécifiques
Il est responsable de la présentation de l'aspect et de la convivialité du magasin aux responsables de projet. Veiller à ce que les normes soient respectées dans tous les domaines (signalisation, couleurs, accessoires, etc.).
Superviser et orienter quotidiennement les chefs de projetinternes et les partenaires externesafin de s'assurer que le développement du projet est en bonne voie et qu'il respecte les délais et les objectifs financiers.
Superviser le processus de développement afin de garantir et de soutenir l'orientation et la décision du projet.
Il est responsable de la compréhension des changements dans l'environnement de la vente au détail qui peuvent avoir un impact sur les concepts de magasins et recommander des stratégies d'amélioration ou de traitement de ces impacts.
Superviser le travail des chefs de projet dans le cadre de la planification et de l'élaboration du processus des projets.
Collaborer avec divers services de développement et services internes afin d'assurer un déroulement harmonieux du processus de développement et/ou d'amélioration.
Gérer les délais et les budgets en fonction de paramètres définis afin de garantir le respect des normes de qualité tout au long du projet, du début à la fin.
Examiner les dessins CADpour s'assurer que l'agencement respecte les planogrammes pertinents et les processus opérationnels du magasin.
Suivre, gérer et résoudre les problèmes et les risques liés auxprojets.
Prévoir et gérer les budgets des projets et les données financières connexes afin d'assurer l'acceptation de ces budgets par les parties prenantes du projet et d'obtenir toutes les approbations nécessaires.
Définir les priorités et diriger les activités de production afin de s'assurer que chaque groupe ou secteur de produits atteint tous les objectifs clés en matière de qualité et de respect des délais de livraison.
Gérer les délais et les budgets en fonction de paramètres définis afin de garantir des normes de qualité tout au long du projet, du début à la fin.
Gérer diverses initiatives de projet, y compris les nouveaux magasins, les rénovations, les déménagements, les acquisitions et les fermetures de magasins.
Assurer la direction de l'ensemble du personnel du département, en veillant à ce que tous les objectifs soient compris, que les ressources soient utilisées efficacement et que la motivation du personnel reste élevée, tout en respectant l'ensemble des politiques et des programmes de l'entreprise.
Encadrer le personnel afin de maximiser l'efficacité de l'équipe et prendre les mesures qui s'imposent en fonction des résultats, qu'ils soient favorables ou défavorables.

Principales exigences
Plus de 9 ans d'expérience dans la gestion du commerce de détail
Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle.
Expérience avérée de la direction d'équipes pluridisciplinaires
Capacité avérée à fixer et à atteindre des objectifs financiers.
Orienté vers les magasins, il fait preuve d'un sens aigu des affaires et d'une bonne connaissance des meilleurs concepts de vente au détail.
Sens aigu de la gestion de projet et des finances/des affaires.
Capacité à établir une crédibilité et des relations commerciales à long terme.
Solides compétences interpersonnelles avec la capacité d'établir un consensus au sein d'une organisation et avec les différentes parties prenantes.
Fort esprit d'équipe, avec une expérience de la planification de la succession et du développement d'équipes performantes.

Senior Manager, Store Design and Business Partners
Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Operational Performance and Member Experience, the Senior Store Development and Design Manageris responsible foroverseeing new and existing projectsforProximand Uniprix pharmacies. He ensures that project managers are informed of the scope of work and communications, andparticipatesin budgeting,administrationand execution of store development projects. This involves working closely with existing project managers and overseeing the work of specialists and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and cost-effectively, while adhering to brand standards and integrity. The incumbent will alsobe responsible forhis/her own pending projects while being the lead on day-to-day operations with the project management team as well as overseeing our relationships with business partners.
Specificresponsibilities
Heis responsible forpresenting the look and feel of the store to the project managers. Ensure that standards are met in all areas (signage, colours, accessories, etc.).
Supervise and guideinternalproject managersand external partnerson a daily basisto ensure that project development is on track and meets financial deadlines andobjectives.
Oversee the development process to ensure and support the direction and decision of the project.
Heis responsible forunderstanding changes in the retail environment that mayimpactstore concepts and recommending strategies to improve or address these impacts.
Oversee the work of project managers in the planning and development of the project process.
Collaborate with various development departments and internal services to ensure a smooth development and/or improvement process.
Manage deadlines and budgets based on defined parameters to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project, from start to finish.
Review CAD drawings to ensure that the layout adheres to relevant planograms and store business processes.
Monitor, manage and resolve project issues and risks.
Forecasts and manages project budgets and related financial data to ensure acceptance of these budgets by project stakeholders and obtain all necessary approvals.
Prioritize and direct production activities to ensure that each product group or sector achieves all key quality and on-time deliveryobjectives.
Manage various project initiatives, including new stores, renovations, moves,acquisitionsand store closures.
Provide leadership to all staff in the department, ensuring that allobjectivesare understood, resources are used effectively and staff motivationremainshigh, while adhering to all company policies and programs.
Supervises staff to maximize team effectiveness and takesappropriate actionbased on results, whether positive or negative.
Builds and manages relationships with partners and vendors for servicesrequiredand provided to our members
Performs other duties as assigned.

More than 9 years of experience in retail management
A first-level university degree.
