Relevant du directeur, Logistique entrante de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, l'associé principal, Logistique entrante de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, est chargé de surveiller les activités entrante liées aux achats dans les centres de distribution canadiens de Mckesson. Il est responsable de l'exécution des meilleures pratiques et stratégies en matière de processus de logistique entrante ainsi que de la gestion du flux des commandes et des produits des fournisseurs aux centres de distribution. L'associé principal de la logistique entrante de la chaîne d'approvisionnement travaille en étroite collaboration avec les principaux intervenants internes et externes, y compris l'équipe nationale de transport, la planification des approvisionnements, les promotions, la gestion des catégories de bannières, les opérations des centres de distribution, les fournisseurs, les fournisseurs de services logistiques et les transporteurs, afin d'assurer une livraison rapide et à temps et des taux de remplissage élevés.
Section A – Responsabilités spécifiques
Logistique Entrante :
Responsable de la surveillance des activités entrantes, du placement de la commande à la réception au centre de distribution, en examinant les fluctuations entrantes et en supervisant la réception prioritaire afin d'atténuer les impacts sur les niveaux de service en assurant la liaison avec le transport national, les transporteurs, les fournisseurs et/ou les opérations du centre de distribution.
Via le SIOP, assurer une communication et une visibilité optimales avec les opérations du centre de distribution pour garantir la livraison des produits dans les délais. Travailler en partenariat avec DC Operations pour s'assurer que les activités entrantes planifiées s'alignent sur les capacités des DC entrants.
Collaborer avec les équipes de planification des approvisionnements et de performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour ajuster les délais de livraison si nécessaire afin d'améliorer les livraisons à temps et complètes.
Il est responsable de l'identification et de l'enregistrement des incidents de non-conformité des fournisseurs en temps voulu, conformément aux spécifications du programme, et du suivi des actions correctives avec les équipes de performance de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Agir en tant que soutien, si nécessaire, pour les activités du programme entrant.
Se tenir informé des meilleures pratiques commerciales afin d'établir des données et des processus de référence pour l'amélioration continue des procédures commerciales et l'exécution efficace des activités entrantes.
Participation à divers projets et initiatives d'amélioration continue
Gestion des commandes et disponibilités des produits
Assurer la bonne gestion des commandes et des activités d'expédition des fournisseurs, y compris le suivi, la surveillance et la résolution des problèmes et des exceptions des commandes, l'obtention des confirmations et des dates de disponibilité avec les fournisseurs, les équipes d'approvisionnement et les opérations DC pour assurer le respect du calendrier et la livraison des produits à temps.
Responsable des activités d'expédition des fournisseurs, y compris le suivi, la surveillance et la résolution des problèmes et exceptions des commandes, l'obtention des confirmations et des dates de disponibilité avec les fournisseurs.
Responsable de la signature des commandes de narcotiques et de substances contrôlées avant leur soumission aux fournisseurs, conformément aux exigences réglementaires.

Entretien des messages sur les produits datant de peu de temps
Messages sur les factures de produits
Gestion des filtres de commande client (fournisseur et bannière)
Gestion des détournements de commandes clients/centres de distribution
Communiquer aux équipes de la planification des approvisionnements et de la stratégie d'approvisionnement toute information pertinente reçue des fabricants.
Assure la qualité de l'information du système, le référentiel de décisions et l'exactitude de son contenu.

Expérience de travail
2+ années d'expérience en réapprovisionnement, logistique des fournisseurs, gestion des stocks et/ou approvisionnement.
Éducation
Baccalauréat en Chaine d’approvisionnement, Administration des affaires, gestion des opérations, Génie industriel ou autres disciplines pertinentes.
PMP, SCMP, CSCP or Six Sigma/Lean sont des atouts.
Développement personnel et compétences non techniques
Haut niveau d'intégrité et de responsabilité
Bonnes capacités d'analyse et d'organisation.
Compétences techniques
Parfaitement bilingue, communication commerciale écrite et orale.
Maîtrise des systèmes ERP et des systèmes de réapprovisionnement, un atout.
Bonne connaissance des produits MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Project, Visio et PowerBI).
Connaissance des principes fondamentaux de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Inbound Logistics, the Supply Chain Inbound Logistics Sr.Associate, is responsible for monitoring inbound activities relating to purchases into McKesson’s Canadian distribution centers. He/she/they is responsible for executing best in class practices and strategies related to Inbound Logistics processes as well as order and product flow management from suppliers to distribution centers. The Supply Chain Inbound Logistics Sr.Associate works closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including the National Transportation Team, Supply Planning, Promotions, Banner Category Management, DC Operations, Suppliers, 3PL’s and Carriers to ensure prompt on time delivery and high inbound fill rates.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
Inbound Logistics – Order Management (40%)
Manage and monitor inbound activities from PO placement to receiving at the DC by reviewing inbound fluctuations and overseeing priority receiving to mitigate impacts on service levels by liaising with Supply Planning, Carriers, Suppliers and DC Operations.
Ensures proper order management and vendor expediting activities, including tracking, monitoring and resolving order issues and exceptions, securing confirmations and availability dates with vendors, procurement teams and DC Operations to ensure adherence to schedule and on-time delivery of products.
Collaborates with Supply Planning and Supply Chain Performance teams to adjust replenishment parameters such as lead times where necessary to improve on-time and in-full deliveries.
Supply Chain Management (55%)
Responsible to record and process supplier non-conformity incidents on a timely basis according to program specifications and follows through on corrective actions with supply chain performance teams in accordance with ODR’s target.
Responsible for POs signature of narcotic and controlled substance process prior to submission to suppliers according to regulatory requirements.
Responsible for accurate product and supplier information as well as coding in KLD such as:
Product availability information (including supplier allocations and MCS) accuracy and timeliness.
Short dated product messaging maintenance
Customer order filter management (Supplier and Banner)
Customer order/ Distribution Center diversion management
Ensures system information quality, decisions repository and its content accuracy.
Other (5%)
Participates with the Supply Chain Performance team to Supplier reviews and provides trends inbound performance.
Stays informed of best-in-class business practices to establish benchmark data and processes for continuous improvement of business procedures and efficient performance of inbound activities.
Takes part in various projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Section C – Position Requirements
Working Experience
2+ years of experience in replenishment, vendor logistics, inventory management and/or Supply Chain operations or equivalent.
Supply chain experience in Retail or Wholesale or Manufacturing is an asset.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline.
Personal Development and Soft Skills
High level of integrity and accountability
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Technical Skills
Perfectly bilingual, both written and spoken business communication with strong business writing skills.
Proficient with ERP systems and replenishment systems an asset.
Extensive knowledge of MS Office products (Power Point, Excel, Word, Project and PowerBI).
Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals.
Other Skills and Capabilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and build collaborative relationships with suppliers.
High attention to details and analytics with ability to identify patterns and trends.
Solution oriented
Team player with experience engaging resources as all levels in a cross-functional environment.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
