Relevant du directeur(rice) principal(e), achats, l’analyste d’affaires est responsable d’analyser, de communiquer et de coordonner les activités liées à l’approvisionnement ayant un impact sur les programmes de formulaires. Le rôle implique une collaboration avec diverses unités d’affaires telles que la Stratégie et les Opérations d’approvisionnement et soutient activement les négociations menées par l’équipe de la haute direction.
Responsabilités spécifiques
Gestion de programme et génération de revenus
- Surveille les tendances mondiales de l’approvisionnement et identifie les impacts potentiels sur le programme
- Surveille et analyse les niveaux de service et les MCS liés aux programmes
- Fournit aux parties prenantes des informations pertinentes et suggère les actions nécessaires pour minimiser ou atténuer les impacts et/ou les risques
- Traite de manière proactive les problèmes clés d’approvisionnement avec les fournisseurs, élabore des plans d’atténuation en collaboration et assure leur mise en œuvre par un suivi approprié
- Identifie les risques potentiels liés aux changements de formulaires et propose des solutions aux parties prenantes
- Surveille les indicateurs de performance des fournisseurs liés au programme en maintenant des tableaux de bord et en dirigeant des points de contact réguliers
- Collabore avec l’équipe de planification de la demande pour suivre les changements de tendances hors formulaire pouvant affecter la performance du programme et initie un plan d’atténuation en conséquence
- Collabore avec les équipes de planification de la demande et de l’approvisionnement pour garantir des niveaux de stock suffisants et la précision des prévisions pour les articles principaux du programme
- Coordonne de manière proactive les changements de programme avec la planification de la demande et de l’approvisionnement et assure le suivi pour garantir la préparation des équipes, du point de vue des stocks et du calendrier, avant la mise en œuvre du changement
- Recueille, négocie et réclame les pénalités liées aux ventes perdues par fournisseur sur une base trimestrielle.
Gestion des relations
- Établit et entretient des relations solides avec les parties prenantes internes et externes (fournisseurs et clients)
- Coordonne et dirige les réunions hebdomadaires avec les fournisseurs pour examiner la performance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement liée au programme
- Contribue et soutient les projets en cours et nouveaux liés aux programmes de formulaires.
Maintenance des systèmes
- Collabore avec l’équipe des programmes de formulaires pour soutenir les changements du système d’auto-substitution lorsque nécessaire
- Soutient les clients sur les aspects techniques du système liés au programme de formulaires et à toute autre question de formulaires/prix.
Responsabilités générales
- Maintient des connaissances pertinentes sur les catégories de produits et reste informé des tendances et conditions du marché et de l’industrie
- Agit en tant qu’ambassadeur des valeurs corporatives de McKesson.
Exigences du poste
- Minimum 2-3 ans d’expérience en analyse de chaîne d’approvisionnement et/ou planification de la demande
- Expérience en pharmacie de détail et connaissance du secteur pharmaceutique est un atout
- Formation en sciences est un atout
- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement préféré.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Purchasing , the Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, communicating & coordinating supply related activities impacting formulary programs. The role involves collaboration with various business units such as Procurement Strategy and Operations and actively supports negotiations led by the Senior Management team.
Specific Responsibilities
Program Management & Revenue Generation
Monitors global market supply trends and identifies potential impact to program
Monitors and analyzes service levels and MCS related to programs
Provides key stakeholders with relevant information and suggests actions required in order minimize and/or mitigate impact and/or risk
Proactively addresses key supply issues with suppliers, collaboratively develops mitigation plans and ensures implementation through appropriate follow-up
Identifies potential supply risks related to formulary changes and proposes solutions to key stakeholders
Monitors supplier KPIs related to program by maintaining scorecards and leading regular touchpoints
Collaborates with Demand Planning team to track changes in demand trends outside of formulary that can potentially impact program performance and initiates mitigation plan accordingly
Collaborates with Demand & Supply Planning teams to ensure sufficient inventory levels & forecast accuracy on primary program items
Proactively coordinates program changes with Demand & Supply planning and follows through accordingly to ensure readiness teams, from an inventory & timing perspective, prior to change going into effect
Gathers, negotiates and claims penalties on program related lost sales per supplier on a quarterly basis.
Relationship Management
Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external (suppliers & customers) stakeholders
Coordinates & leads weekly meetings with suppliers to review supply chain performance related to program
Contributes to and supports ongoing and new projects related to formulary programs.
System Maintenance
Collaborates with Formulary Program team to support auto-substitution system changes when required
Supports customers on technical system specifics related to the formulary program and any other formulary/pricing matters.
General Responsibilities
Maintains relevant business knowledge of product categories and stays abreast of market and industry trends and conditions
Acts as a McKesson ambassador of corporate values.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years Supply Chain Analytics and/or Demand Planning experience
Experience in retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical background is an asset
Background in sciences is an asset
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred.
