Job Summary:

In this position you will be sharing responsibilities as a local DC Clinical Trial Coordinator (CTS). This position requires you to work closely with the corporate CTS Specialist & warehouse CTS associates with daily lot and date checks, tracking inbound orders, and coordinating outbound shipments. In addition, you will also work as a DC Liaison with emergency orders, credit research, undelivered orders and Key Account Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Local Clinical Trial Coordinator:

  • Monitor your email all through the day for clinical related requests or inquiries.

  • Print location sheets for daily lot & date check requests, quarantine product as requested, input findings or action taken in salesforce.

  • Track inbound product, upon arrival notify warehouse CTS associate to locate, inspect, and quarantine product. Input details into sales force and respond by email if needed.

  • Upon order approval to ship, determine shipment date, order vehicle if needed. Notify corporate CTS team of expected shipment day.

  • Key in CTS orders to ship and release to warehouse once product is available to pick.

  • For Fed Ex CC pick-ups, local CTS coordinator will go to shipping dock to coordinate shipment with Fed Ex driver.

  • Complete order packet, file and retain.

DC Inventory Liaison:

  • Inventory supply coordinator for DHHS government account.

  • Key local account coordinator with 2 large mail order accounts.

  • DC liaison for our central customer service group in Tx regarding national, hospital & independent account issues requiring local research and resolution.

  • Manage or monitor Salesforce & DC email box, as well as your own.

  • Work with DC transportation manager for late routes, missing and wrong totes received issues as needed.

  • Review, verify weekly price override report and email copy to Ace Accounting.

  • Research customer credit request issues such as denied shortages or handling charge credit requests & several types of customer complaints.

  • Key in return authorizations of undelivered totes, shortage, mis-picks, overage claims or saleable / unsaleable returns as needed.

  • Process shelf dating requests & investigate short, dated product received.

  • Input Courier Claim Credit for missing / damaged totes.

  • Primary or back-up assistance with monitoring & buzzing in deliveries, contractors etc. As well as assistance with coverage for phones / front desk duties as needed.

Skill Required:

  • High school Diploma

  • Excellent English communication skills, verbally and written (through email).

  • Well organized, ability to work in a busy environment.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong leadership & execution skills.

Preferred Software Experience:

  • Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Excel, Word, Access

  • Salesforce

  • SAP

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$22.73 - $37.88
