This includes Specialty Prescription Services, Specialty Distribution, Patient Support Programs (PSPs), INVIVA clinics, and other specialty health businesses.

This role is designed for a hands-on, analytically strong finance leader who excels in advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, bringing clarity to complex financial questions and translating data into actionable insights that drive profitability, cash flow, and long-term value creation.

Consistent with evolving needs of the organization, greater emphasis will be placed on Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement capability and advanced financial modeling expertise, with professional accounting designation considered an asset rather than a requirement.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

Financial Leadership & Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary FP&A partner to Specialty Health leadership, providing insight, challenge, and decision support.

  • Lead consolidated monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reporting, including executive-ready decks for senior leadership.

  • Provide forward-looking analysis on risks, opportunities, and performance drivers affecting profitability and cash flow.

Planning, Forecasting & Modeling

  • Own the end-to-end financial planning cycle across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, including:

  • Build and review sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, investment cases, RFPs, and business transformations.

  • Develop scenario, sensitivity, and stress-test models to support executive decision-making.

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Design, enhance, and maintain KPIs and performance dashboards that clearly articulate business performance.

  • Ensure financial results integrity and consistency across business units.

  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.

Process Excellence & Systems

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within FP&A, leveraging Six Sigma/Lean methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Identify and implement improvements to forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes.

  • Act as an FP&A subject matter expert for financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, BPC, Planful or similar platforms), partnering with IT and corporate finance on enhancements.

People Leadership

  • Lead a team of approximately 7 FP&A professionals, providing clear direction, coaching, and development.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Set clear objectives, delegate effectively, and provide regular performance feedback.

  • Attract, develop, and retain top finance talent, building strong bench strength and succession capability.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

  • 13+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior-level FP&A leadership in a complex, multi-business environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

  • Strong track record of translating analysis into executive-level insights and recommendations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice to Haves):

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent) or demonstrated experience applying Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies is highly preferred.
