Role Description: We arelooking fora results-oriented individual to join our team as aSr.projectmanager. In this role, you willbe responsible formanaging the master data program for a large ERP transformation.  You will work toensurealignment with keyobjectives,timeline, issue tracking, and communication of program status.


Responsibilities:

Project Execution 

  • Lead the planning,executionand successful delivery ofhighly complexprograms across FSS such as technology implementations, and transformations. 

  • Ensure adherence to project goals,timelinesand budget – primarily supporting the business in remaining focused on high priority capabilities and managing scope-creep with a rigorous strategic approach.

  • Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within budget andin accordance withagreed upon quality standards.

  • Prepare regular project status reports, deliver progress updates to stakeholders, leadSteerComeetingsandmaintainproject documentation and artifacts as needed.

  • Manage project budgets, trackexpendituresand ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle by leading the business towards effective prioritization.

  • Identifyand mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that mayimpactproject success.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant PM experience.

DesiredSkills 

  • Experience inSAP S4project delivery includingdocumentation, prioritization, tracking and implementation of projects and process changes

  • KeenProject Management understanding andstrongfinancial business acumen

  • Ability to think through, organize and lead multiple projectsandtasks concurrently

  • Ability tofacilitateand communicate effectively inahybrid environment

Communication Skills

  • Ability to tailor communication style to work well with stakeholders at all levels in the organization

  • Assistwith building strong and trusting relationships across multiple teams and departments and collaborate with business leaders to execute plans

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$112,700 - $187,800
