McKesson’s Corporate Brand and Creative Services team is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who is curious, collaborative, and eager to learn. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who brings creative energy, a growth mindset, and a strong desire to develop within a complex, enterprise brand environment. You will support the creation of high-quality, on-brand design solutions across multiple channels while learning best practices in brand systems, tools, and workflows.

As part of this team, you will work within a dynamic brand architecture—balancing masterbrand and subbrands—to deliver consistent and effective creative solutions. You will leverage Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, and emerging tools such as AI and automation to enhance efficiency and creative output. Your work will help ensure brand consistency and support innovation across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital assets, print materials, and presentations that align with McKesson brand standards and business objectives.
  • Execute on-brand creative using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Express.
  • Create, update, and maintain PowerPoint templates and branded digital assets that support consistency and productivity.
  • Support exploration and adoption of AI-driven tools and automation to improve creative workflows and output quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and creative teammates to deliver effective design solutions.
  • Support brand consistency across a complex brand architecture, including masterbrand and subbrands.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Skills

  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Express.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience working within brand design systems and applying hierarchy, contrast, organization, and proportion across multiple formats.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate design concepts clearly.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation within creative workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience contributing to or maintaining brand design systems.
  • Portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality design across multiple channels.
  • Understanding of business concepts and ability to translate them into visual solutions.
  • Familiarity with B2B and/or healthcare design environments.
  • Bonus: Experience with Workfront, Ceros, motion graphics, or interactive content creation.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area; onsite presence required per team schedule.
  • Occasional travel for team meetings or events (≤10%).

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $56,700 - $94,500
