Job Summary: 


The Slotting Supervisor will oversee any slotting request and facilitate slotting projects with the goal to increase efficiency and accuracy throughout the entire warehouse. This position manages the activities of non-exempt employees who are responsible for organizing, moving, sorting, and loading product into locations.

Minimum Requirement: Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities

Location and Schedule: This is an onsite role at our Clearbrook, VA location. The shift will be from 12 AM to 8 AM Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, attendance, performance standards, etc.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop warehouse associates as needed.
• Monitor production levels, inventory control, accuracy, quality assurance, etc., to ensure client satisfaction and meet service expectations.
• Work closely with other departments (e.g., Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse, Customer Service) to resolve problems related to shipment processing and delivery.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on operational data such as production, quality, shipping errors, etc.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of employee training, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma/GED required; Four year degree preferred
• Experience managing people and equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and consistently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. while working in a fast paced environment.
• Available to work weekends
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$52,700 - $87,900
