En tant que contributeur(trice) principal(e) au sein de l’équipe marketing B2B, vous piloterez le positionnement des bannières, l’engagement des clients et les efforts de commercialisation pour stimuler la croissance de l’entreprise. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est centré(e) sur le client, s’épanouit dans un environnement dynamique et sait équilibrer la réflexion stratégique avec une exécution concrète.
Responsabilités clés
Marketing stratégique et gestion de la marque
- Collaborer avec le directeur principal pour développer et exécuter des plans marketing adaptés à chaque bannière de détail.
- Utiliser la marque corporative de McKesson Canada comme ancrage stratégique pour orienter les initiatives marketing. Assurer la cohérence du ton, du message et du positionnement des services et priorités stratégiques dans tous les efforts B2B pour Guardian, I.D.A., Remedy’sRx, The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy, Proxim et Uniprix.
- Inspirer et soutenir des initiatives créatives qui renforcent l’engagement des membres/propriétaires et enrichissent notre narration de marque B2B.
Développement et exécution de campagnes
- Concevoir et exécuter des campagnes marketing intégrées sur les plateformes numériques, sociales, vidéo et de contenu, en respectant les délais et les budgets.
- Développer des contenus et des ressources marketing percutants qui communiquent clairement notre valeur différenciée et soutiennent les efforts de vente.
- Identifier des opportunités pour renforcer la fidélisation des membres/propriétaires, améliorer l’expérience de marque et favoriser une culture de confiance et de transparence.
Performance et vision stratégique
- Évaluer la performance des campagnes en analysant les indicateurs clés, en fournissant des insights basés sur les données et des recommandations concrètes pour optimiser l’efficacité marketing.
- Se tenir informé(e) des tendances du marché et des activités concurrentielles pour soutenir une différenciation forte de la marque et maintenir un avantage concurrentiel.
- Contribuer au suivi des projets et des budgets, en gardant une vue d’ensemble sur les échéanciers et les ressources des agences pour soutenir les opérations marketing B2B.
Collaboration et engagement des parties prenantes
- Agir en tant que principal(e) responsable marketing B2B pour les équipes de bannières de détail, en établissant des partenariats solides et en maintenant une compréhension approfondie de leur environnement et de leurs défis. Utiliser ces connaissances pour orienter les stratégies et initiatives marketing.
- Servir de liaison marketing B2B clé pour les initiatives transversales, en collaborant avec des équipes telles que Communications clients et événements, Communications corporatives et le Studio marketing.
- Soutenir les initiatives stratégiques et les présentations de la direction en contribuant avec des insights, des recommandations et des perspectives marketing, tout en gardant une visibilité sur les projets et les considérations budgétaires.

Exigences du poste
- Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent en marketing, communication ou dans un domaine connexe des affaires.
- Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience dans le développement, la mise en œuvre et la gestion de stratégies marketing.
- Expérience avérée en marketing B2B, idéalement au sein d’une grande organisation dans le secteur de la santé ou pharmaceutique.
- Bilinguisme avec d’excellentes compétences en communication (écrite, orale, révision) en anglais et en français.
- Maîtrise des outils et plateformes de marketing numérique tels que Marketo, Salesforce (un atout).
Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth and visibility of McKesson Canada’s Retail Banner Group. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies that amplify. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the Specialist will shape compelling narratives and go-to-market initiatives that reflect our commitment to innovation, partnership, and investment in Canada’s largest network of independent pharmacies.
As a senior individual contributor within the B2B Marketing team, you will drive banner positioning, customer engagement, and commercialization efforts that accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Stewardship
- Partner with the Senior Director to develop and execute tailored marketing plans for each retail banner.
- Leverage the McKesson Canada corporate brand as a strategic anchor to inform marketing direction. Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and the positioning of service offerings and strategic priorities across all B2B efforts for Guardian, I.D.A., Remedy’sRx, The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy, Proxim, and Uniprix.
- Inspire and support creative initiatives that enhance member/owner engagement and elevate our B2B brand storytelling.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, video, and content platforms, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Develop high-impact marketing content and assets that clearly communicate our differentiated value and support sales enablement.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen member/owner retention and loyalty, enhancing the brand experience and fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
Performance & Strategic Foresight
- Evaluate campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to support strong brand differentiation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to project and budget tracking, maintaining awareness of timelines and agency resources to support overall B2B marketing operations.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary B2B marketing lead for retail banner teams, building strong partnerships and maintaining a deep understanding of their current environments and challenges. Use these insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Act as a key B2B marketing liaison for cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with teams such as Customer Communications & Events, Corporate Communications, and the Marketing Studio.
- Support strategic initiatives and leadership presentations by contributing insights, recommendations, and marketing perspectives, while maintaining visibility into project and budget considerations.

Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications or a related Business field.
- 7+ years of experience developing, implementing, and leading marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably for a large organization within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual with strong communication skills (written, verbal, editing) in both English and French.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce is an asset.
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
