  • As a Bulk Supervisor with our team, you’ll be helping to keep our distribution center operating smoothly. From training to problem‑solving to maintaining workflow, your leadership will directly support our mission and ensure seamless operations.

    Target Comp: $72,000

    Shift: 12PM (9-10hr shift, until completion on Friday)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with planning, organizing, and directing warehouse activities to ensure successful night‑shift operations
    • Assess and move labor as needed throughout the day
    • Assist with leading workers and Lead Persons
    • Maintain positive morale, work standards, and develop teams
    • Assist with training and managing employee performance
    • Assertively seek solutions to operational and workflow problems at the root level
    • Ensure warehouse operations comply with federal, state, and local company policies
    • Assist with controlling expenses
    • Assist with reducing employee turnover and minimizing overtime hours
    • Ensure warehouse equipment and vehicles are well maintained
    • Provide support closing the DC on Friday nights as needed
    • Support Sort tasks and cross‑train to cover PTO and perform backup functions

    Minimum Job Qualifications:

    • Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including demonstrated leadership capabilities

    Education:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required

    Critical Skills:

    • Direct all Bulk team members on assignments in order picking of priorities
    • Monitor and supervise Replenishment drivers and tasks
    • Flexibility with schedule as the business requires, including the closing of the DC
    • RF Experience
    • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, MS Outlook
    • Monthly Safety observations
    • Maintain a clean & safe work environment
    • Daily review of teams LMS productivity, including posting results & coaching as needed
    • Strong focus on quality, safety, and process improvement
    • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and make sound business decisions
    • Demonstrated employee‑engagement capability
    • Highly dependable and accountable

    Additional Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS);
    • Experience using labor management systems (LMS) and PowerBI
    • Experience leading larger teams
    • Ability to effectively interpret and analyze data to drive productivity and results

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. $61,100 - $101,800
