Section A – Responsabilités spécifiques
Cadres de mesure et marquage (Measurement frameworks and tagging)
- Développer des cadres de mesure pour les nouvelles initiatives numériques et faire évoluer ceux des plateformes existantes.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour définir les indicateurs de succès et les paramètres de suivi.
- Gérer, documenter et maintenir l’infrastructure et les définitions de marquage (tagging).
- Implémenter les pixels publicitaires et les balises de consentement aux témoins via Google Tag Manager ou des outils similaires.
- Collaborer avec les développeurs et les responsables produits pour assurer une collecte de données précise sur les propriétés numériques, incluant la rédaction des exigences techniques et la réalisation de tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT) au besoin.
Analytique et rapports
- Surveiller et analyser les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) numériques sur les plateformes web, courriel et mobile à l’aide d’outils tels que Google Analytics, Amplitude et les rapports de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe d’intelligence d’affaire pour créer et améliorer des tableaux de bord permettant de suivre la performance en lien avec les objectifs d’affaires.
- Réaliser des analyses approfondies pour identifier les tendances, les comportements des utilisateurs et les opportunités d’optimisation.
- Effectuer des analyses régulières des témoins pour maintenir et optimiser la conformité à l’aide de l’outil OneTrust.
Recommandations et optimisation
- Fournir des recommandations régulières aux équipes marketing, produit et affaires pour améliorer l’engagement et les conversions.
- Soutenir les bilans de performance des campagnes et les post-mortems avec des analyses fondées sur les données.
Collaboration et gouvernance
- Assurer l’intégrité des données, la conformité à la vie privée (ex. : LCAP, Loi 25 du Québec) et l’alignement avec les normes analytiques de l’entreprise.
- Collaborer avec les équipes CRM, marketing et de déploiement pour aligner l’analytique avec les opérations numériques globales.
- Participer aux initiatives de littératie numérique et de développement des compétences analytiques dans l’organisation.
Section B – Compétences et expériences requises
- Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en analytique numérique, idéalement dans les secteurs de la santé, du commerce de détail ou des industries réglementées.
- Maîtrise de Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude ou plateformes similaires.
- Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion de balises (ex. : GTM), les outils de visualisation de données (Power BI) et SQL.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion du consentement aux témoins (OneTrust).
- Solide compréhension des canaux de marketing numérique et des indicateurs de performance.
- Bilingue (anglais/français) préféré.
Atouts
- Expérience avec les campagnes SMS et MobilePush.
- Connaissance des langages de script (AMPscript, HTML/CSS).
- Familiarité avec les stratégies de marketing omnicanal et la cartographie du parcours client.
- Expérience avec Salesforce Data Cloud.
Section A – Specific Responsibilities
Measurement Frameworks and Tagging
- Develop measurement frameworks for new digital initiatives and evolve those for existing platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success indicators and tracking parameters.
- Manage, document, and maintain tagging infrastructure and definitions.
- Implement advertising pixels and cookie consent tags via Google Tag Manager or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure accurate data collection across digital properties, including drafting technical requirements and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key digital performance indicators (KPIs) across web, email, and mobile platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud reports.
- Work with the business intelligence team to create and enhance dashboards that track performance against business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, user behaviors, and optimization opportunities.
- Perform regular cookie audits to maintain and optimize compliance using the OneTrust tool.
Recommendations and Optimization
- Provide regular recommendations to marketing, product, and business teams to improve engagement and conversions.
- Support campaign performance reviews and post-mortems with data-driven analyses.
Collaboration and Governance
- Ensure data integrity, privacy compliance (e.g., CASL, Quebec Law 25), and alignment with corporate analytics standards.
- Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and deployment teams to align analytics with overall digital operations.
- Participate in digital literacy and analytics skill development initiatives within the organization.
Section B – Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital analytics, ideally in healthcare, retail, or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude, or similar platforms.
- Experience with tag management systems (e.g., GTM), data visualization tools (Power BI), and SQL.
- Proficiency in cookie consent management tools (OneTrust).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance indicators.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
Assets
- Experience with SMS and MobilePush campaigns.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (AMPscript, HTML/CSS).
- Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
