Lead with Integrity – Join McKesson as a Compliance Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for upholding ethical standards and navigating complex regulatory environments? McKesson is seeking aCompliance Managerto lead and evolve our compliance programs across government, health system, and strategic contracts.

In this high-impact role, you’ll guide a team of compliance professionals, ensuring our operations meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. From conducting audits and monitoring regulatory changes to training employees and mitigating risk, you’ll be at the forefront of protecting our business and supporting our mission to improve healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Evaluate and ensure compliance analysts meet performance expectations. Establish and track compliance metrics and KPIs. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on compliance status, risks, and mitigation efforts. Drive a culture of compliance and provide guidance and training on compliance practices when applicable.

  • Compliance Program: Oversee the development of auditing and monitoring activities for government, health system, and strategic contracts. Continuously update risk management frameworks to align with evolving regulations and best practices.

  • Contract Audits: Conduct thorough reviews of contracts, proposals, and business processes to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and organizational standards. Identify potential risks, assess adherence to applicable laws and guidelines, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Prepare documentation, respond to findings, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.  

  • Cross Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with legal, sales, and other business teams to ensure all compliance-related matters are appropriately understood and enforced to ensure transparency and responsiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience

  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience

Basic Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of contracting and compliance experience

  • In-depth knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and state/local laws

  • Experience with reporting tools and regulatory documentation

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent

Working Conditions:

  • Environment: Office 

  • Physical Requirements: Normal office requirements – significant computer work and meetings

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$81,000 - $135,000
