The Customer Service Representative I (CSR) is responsible for providing quality customer service to internal and external customers by answering incoming calls in a professional manner while building long term relationships.

Target Budget: Between $19 and $20 an hour.

Location :This is a hybrid position and the candidate must be within a 50 mile radius of our LaVergne TN office.: This is a hybrid position and the candidate must be within a 50 mile radius of our LaVergne TN office.

Shift: Monday through Friday 9:30 to 6:30 PM CT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to all internal and external customers by responding to their questions and requests via telephone, fax, or email within the time frame required by management.
  • Resolve problems and/or concerns of donors and customers by utilizing good judgment and courteous communication.
  • Assists with projects as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Supervision.


Minimum Requirement

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience

Education

High school graduate or equivalent

Critical Skills

  • Prior experience in customer service preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and adaptable to change.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience using MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing.
  • Must have reliable transportation to attend training sessions and meetings.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$16.75 - $27.91
