Title: Regulatory Licensing Specialist

Hub locations: Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX; Richmond, VA (Preferred)

Remote/Onsite/Hybrid: REMOTE position

About the Job:

The Regulatory Licensing Specialist assists McKesson facilities with federal, state, and local licensing.  The Regulatory Licensing Specialist may also assist in monitoring continuing education requirements.

This position will transition to the new company following the MMS separation from McKesson.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for preparation, monitoring, and submission of new and renewal license and registration applications for McKesson facilities.
  • Maintain the licensing database.
  • Maintain records, compiling information, and ensuring timely submission of materials to state and federal agencies to obtain and maintain entity and agent licenses promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintains confidentiality of personal data.
  • Special projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications for the Position:

  • Minimum of 1 year quality or regulatory experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Must be a responsible, self-reliant, articulate, organized individual with a professional manner in all written and oral communications
  • Must be able to recognize and maintain confidentiality, recognize, escalate issues, and collect necessary information
  • Detail-oriented with capability of effectively prioritizing competing objectives and meeting accelerated deadlines
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, time management, and research practice

Minimum Education & Typical Experience or Equivalent Combination:

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience

Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$61,000 - $101,600
