Le titulaire du poste est responsable de la création, de la mise à jour et de l'optimisation des planogrammes pour nos bannières pharmaceutiques. Il y aura du travail en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires de catégorie et le service de la gestion du cycle de vie des produits afin d'assurer une présentation efficace et rentable des produits en magasin.
Responsabilités spécifiques
- Créer et/ou effectuer les mises à jour de planogrammes à l’aide du logiciel Spaceman
- Soutenir le gestionnaire de catégorie dans les analyses de données pour l’optimisation des planogrammes avec les statistiques Nielsen, les achats et les ventes des membres.
Responsabilités principales
- Élaborer les planogrammes en fonction de l’analyse du gestionnaire de catégorie
- Communiquer avec le Gestionnaire de catégorie pour la gestion des nouveaux produits et des produits discontinués
- Incorporer la marque privée dans les planogrammes
- Respecter les échéanciers du calendrier des planogrammes
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le distributeur pour la liste des produits dans les planogrammes
- Assurer le service à la clientèle auprès des membres pour toutes questions relatives aux planogrammes
- Visiter la concurrence et être au courant des nouvelles tendances du marché au niveau de l’emplacement des produits sur les tablettes
- Gérer la mise à jour des images et des dimensions des produits
- Gérer, par région, le site extranet des planogrammes.
Communications
- Communiquer hebdomadairement aux membres, sur le site extranet des planogrammes, les nouveautés, les mises à jour et les retraits des produits dans les planogrammes.
Exigences du poste
Qualifications
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration option marketing ou l’équivalent
- 1-2 années d’expérience pertinente (planogrammes, gestion d’espace)
- Expérience dans le marché de la pharmacie ou dans le commerce de détail
- Expérience en gestion de catégorie (un atout)
- Bilinguisme
- Expérience avec Spaceman ou Prospace, AS400 (un atout)
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The incumbent is responsible for creating, updating, and optimizing planograms for our pharmaceutical banners. This role involves working closely with category managers and the product lifecycle management department to ensure effective and profitable in-store product presentation.
Specific responsibilities
- Create and/or update planograms using Spaceman
- Support Category Manager in data analyses for planogram optimization with Nielsen statistics, and members purchases and sales.
General responsibilities
- Create planograms according to the request of the category manager.
- Communicate with category manager to manage new and discontinued products.
- Incorporate the private label into the planograms.
- Meet planogram schedule deadlines.
- Work closely with the distributor for the list of products in the planograms
- Oversee customer service for members regarding all questions related to planograms.
- Visit the competition and stay on top of new market trends regarding product placement on the shelves.
- Oversee the updating of product images and dimensions.
- Manage, by region, the planograms on the extranet site.
Communications
- Inform members on a weekly basis about new products, updates and product withdrawals via the extranet.
Job requirements
Qualifications
- College degree in administration with a concentration in marketing or the equivalent
- Two years' relevant experience with planograms or space management (minimum)
- Pharmacy market or retail sector experience
- Category management experience (an asset)
- Bilingual
- Spaceman or Prospace, AS/400 experience (an asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
