- Aider le médecin prescripteur à compléter l'inscription du patient ; recueillir les informations appropriées pour remplir les formulaires nécessaires (assurance privée et/ou provinciale) de manière concise, organisée et professionnelle.
- Faciliter toute communication nécessaire avec les médecins, les programmes de soutien aux patients ou d'autres PSS impliqués dans le cercle de soins des patients.
- Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres membres de l'équipe dans divers rôles pour coordonner le parcours du patient.
- Coordonner les soumissions de documents et les dossiers avec les compagnies d'assurance, les cabinets médicaux et les professionnels de santé pour aider dans le parcours du patient.
- Fournir des conseils éducatifs aux patients et aux médecins sur l'administration des produits.
- Agir comme une ressource centrale de liaison pour les parties prenantes du programme, y compris les patients, les PSS, les cliniques et les pharmacies.
- S'assurer que les dossiers des patients sont exacts et maintenus pour répondre aux exigences de rapport du programme.
- Identifier et signaler les événements indésirables.
- Fournir des réponses aux appels de renseignements généraux soumis par téléphone (entrant/sortant) ou via des plateformes web sur les services du programme, l'état de la maladie ou les questions liées aux produits, selon les directives du programme.
- Comprendre le large paysage du remboursement et s'assurer que les documents corrects sont soumis aux assureurs pour un résultat positif en temps opportun.
- Vous êtes responsable de la mise en œuvre de la politique de gestion des risques de l'entreprise et de la gestion des risques de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer des visites sur le terrain pour aider les Hcps à remplir les documents en fonction des exigences du programme.
- Capable de travailler à des horaires variés, y compris le jour, le soir, le week-end et les jours fériés, selon les besoins.

- Infirmier(e) diplômé(e) (RN), infirmier(e) auxiliaire (LPN/ RPN) praticien(ne) Doit être membre en règle de l'ordre réglementaire respectif & MS certification requis
- Bilingue, courant en anglais et en français.
- La connaissance et la compréhension du remboursement sont un atout.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle précédent avec une expérience pertinente.
- Service client et compétences interpersonnelles exceptionnels.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et priorités à la fois.
- Compétences analytiques et organisationnelles solides.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et efficiente.
- Compétences en pensée critique et en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et sens de l'urgence.

- Posséder et maintenir un permis de conduire valide et sans restriction et posséder une voiture.

- Doit disposer d'un espace de bureau privé et dédié à domicile qui accueille l'équipement.

Section A – Specific Responsibilities:
Assist theprescribing physician to complete patient enrolment; gather appropriate information to complete the necessary forms (private and/or provincial insurance) in a concise, organized, and professional manner
Facilitate any required communication with physicians, Patient Support Programs or other Hcp involved in the patients’ circle of care
Work collaboratively with other team members in various roles to coordinate the patient journey
Coordinate document submissions and cases with insurance companies, physician' offices and healthcare professionals in order toassist in the patient journey
Provide educational guidance to patients and physicians on product’s administration.
Act as a central resource liaison for program stakeholders, which includepatients, Hcps,clinics and pharmacies
Ensure patient records are accurate and maintained to meet program reporting requirements.
Identify and report adverse events
Provide answers to general inquiry calls submitted via telephone(inbound/outbound) or web -based platforms on program services, disease state or product related questions, based on program guidelines.
Understand the wide reimbursement landscape and ensure correct documents are submitted to insurers for a positive outcome in a timely manner
Build relationships with key customers within area of responsibility to ensure that business requirements/ portfolio management is clearly established
Conduct field visits to support Hcps with paperwork based on program requirements
Able to work a variety of shifts includingdays, evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Section B – Key Requirements:(Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experiences)
Practicing Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/ RPN). Must be a member in good standing of respective regulatory college & MS Ceritification required

Must have a private, dedicated home office space that accommodates equipment
Proficient English and French language skills (written and verbal)
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
