- Diriger le développement de mesures et d’outils pour évaluer les priorités d’affaires.
- Analyser les données du marché et des concurrents pour découvrir des informations et les aligner avec les indicateurs de performance internes.
- Créer et présenter des rapports et recommandations de niveau exécutif influençant les décisions stratégiques.
- Réaliser des évaluations concurrentielles approfondies et des rapports de marché, en communiquant clairement les implications aux parties prenantes.
- Construire et maintenir des réseaux d’intelligence et une bibliothèque centralisée d’informations sur le marché.
- Synthétiser les informations provenant de multiples sources — tendances du marché, données internes et changements législatifs — pour soutenir la prise de décision.
- Diriger des projets spéciaux axés sur l’analyse détaillée du marché et l’innovation en matière de veille stratégique.
- Soutenir la planification stratégique, y compris la budgétisation et les cycles de planification à long terme.
- Répondre aux demandes internes et fournir des conseils sur l’interprétation des données de marché.
Ce que vous apportez
- Solides compétences en recherche et en analyse avec la capacité de générer et tester des hypothèses.
- Capacité démontrée à créer des récits convaincants et à livrer des présentations axées sur l’histoire.
- Compétence à traduire des données complexes en contenus visuels clairs et percutants.

- Diplôme ou équivalent et nécessite généralement plus de 7 ans d’expérience pertinente.
Compétences et expériences souhaitables
- Expérience dans le secteur de la santé, en particulier sur le marché canadien.
- Expérience en consultation, stratégie marketing ou veille stratégique.
- Connaissance des ensembles de données IQVIA et des méthodologies de planification stratégique.
- MBA ou diplôme supérieur est un atout.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver regular market intelligence updates and dashboards to highlight key trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Lead the development of metrics and tools to evaluate business priorities.
- Analyze market and competitor data to uncover insights and align them with internal performance metrics.
- Create and present executive-level reports and recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
- Conduct in-depth competitive assessments and market reports, clearly communicating implications to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain intelligence networks and a centralized market information library.
- Synthesize insights from multiple sources—market trends, internal data, and legislative changes—to support decision-making.
- Lead special projects focused on detailed market analysis and intelligence innovation.
- Support strategic planning, including budgeting and long-range planning cycles.
- Respond to internal queries and provide guidance on market data interpretation.
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to generate and test hypotheses.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver story-driven presentations.
- Skilled in translating complex data into clear, impactful visuals.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to engage across all management levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytics platforms such as Power BI or SQL.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.

Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Preferable Skills & Experience
- Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly within the Canadian market.
- Background in consulting, marketing strategy, or business intelligence.
- Familiarity with IQVIA data sets and strategic planning methodologies.
- MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
- Experience in competitive intelligence and market research best practices.
