We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically adept Senior Oncology Business Intelligence Lead Analyst to join our USON Impact Analytics team. This fully remote role is pivotal in advancing our Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) and other Value-Based Care (VBC) programs by developing and leading the analytics solutions that integrate clinical and operational data to drive oncology practice performance.  

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Oncology healthcare analytics and data visualization, along with a demonstrated knowledge and experience in Centers of Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and Center of Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) Alternative Payment Models.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where technical peers may be limited. Success in this position requires initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to share knowledge openly to support team and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics support for the EOM program, including continuous monitoring and performance analysis.

  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic analytics and support roadmap to ensure timely delivery of key performance insights and outcomes to all stakeholders

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate clinical quality and financial initiatives in one- and two-sided risk APMs.

  • Guide implementation and evaluation of Alternative Payment Models (APMs) for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.

  • Maintain and evolve data pipelines using Azure Databricks, ensuring data integrity through automated validation.

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

  • Identify opportunities to improve Total Cost of Care in oncology APMs and risk models.

  • Support a portfolio of analytics solutions that adapt to evolving business needs.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Critical Skills

  • 7+ years in healthcare analytics and business intelligence, with leadership in Alternative Payment Models.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.

  • Strong understanding of oncology data, including EHR and pharmacy systems.

  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a technically limited team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CMS Alternative Payment Models.

  • Experience with Databricks for data transformation and automation.

Minimal, as required.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$110,300 - $183,800
