Our Customer Maintenance Team in Richmond, VA is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals with strong customer service experience in an office setting who are eager to develop their analytical and research skills. This is an excellent opportunity to build a foundation in data integrity, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional communication while contributing to a team that values precision and collaboration.

Job Summary: As aCustomer License Maintenance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer license data within our JDE platform. Ideal candidates will bring a customer-focused mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a strong interest in researching, analyzing, verifying, and updating customer information in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position is especially well-suited for individuals early in their professional journey who are looking to expand their skills in data management and internal stakeholder communication.

💼Starting Pay:$22.00/hour
💰Incentive:5% quarterly performance-based bonus

We’re excited to announce that we are hiringfive new team membersfor this role, with agroup start date of Monday, October 13. To meet this timeline,screening and interviews will begin within the next two weeks.

Hybrid Role & On Site Training:

  • In office training for the first 3 weeks: Monday 10/13 through Friday 10/31

  • Post Training: Team members will move their work space home to begin working independently, while remaining closely connected with a training representative and other senior members of the team for questions and coaching. This team currently spends 1 day a month in the office. This can fluctuate based on special meetings, company events...etc

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer account and address information with accuracy and consistency

  • Research, analyze, and verify customer license data following strict SOP and Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines

  • Triage and resolve customer license order holds

  • Communicate professionally with internal requestors including Sales, Regulatory, and Customer teams

  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics

  • Perform customer license maintenance tasks across multiple platforms

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience i

Basic Required Skills:

  • Must live within the greater Richmond area

  • Experience in data maintenance and/or analysis

  • Strong customer service background, preferably in an office or medical setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, OneNote, Excel, Access)

  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)

  • Ability to analyze and manage data across multiple systems

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with high-quality outcomes
