  • Support go/no‑go recommendations for production based on technical readiness (observability, security, performance)

  • Ensure non‑functional requirements are met, including SLO/SLA expectations

Technical & Operational Readiness

  • Maintain a living catalog of functional and non‑functional requirements for the assigned product area

  • Coordinate dependencies across agile teams, including API versions, schema changes, and infrastructure needs

  • Ensure operational readiness, including monitoring, alerting, logging, runbooks, and release/rollback plans

  • Own the defect backlog and support incident triage with engineering, SRE, and support teams

  • Participate in post‑incident reviews and capture remediation actions into the backlog

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with the Technical Product Manager to ensure backlog alignment with product roadmap and strategy

  • Support adoption efforts by ensuring technical deliverables are usable, reliable, and well‑documented
