What We Need:

POSITION: Product Manager
LOCATION: 6555 State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039
JOB DUTIES: Attend requirements gathering workshops to define user stories for product features. Assist to build and refine the team backlog. Create and prioritize stories that align with team deliverables. Responsible to work in sync with the leadership team, contributing to product vision and roadmap. Act as a point of communication between the business, engineering, and security architecture teams. Assist to define user stories that ensure superior customer experience when using a feature or product. Establish story acceptance criteria and approves completed stories. Assist to remove any impediments that the engineering team encounters. Provide business with updates on project status, record and communicate any risks or issues that may impact project deadlines. Work collaboratively across all capabilities including support, engineering, professional services, architecture and others and drive communication of releases including new features and defects to stakeholders. Conducts Customer Demos, Brainstorming, High Level solution and coordination of feedback. Promptly responding to all security, and business impacting incidents and documenting thorough post-event analyses and RCA’s. 75% Telecommuting allowed from the Irving, TX metro area. Up to 20% of domestic travel required.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Management, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, as a Lead Information Security Analyst, Senior Systems Analyst, or related occupation.
Experience must include three (3) years in the following skills:
- Security domain concepts related to Authentication and Authorization;
- Using Agile Methodology for planning, executing, and evaluating and improving Identity Access Management (IAM) products; and
- Using Jira product management tools to plan, assign, track, report and manage the complete product development lifecycle.
OFFERED WAGE: $144,200 - $240,300/year
