About You:
One-off processes are your nemesis—you’repassionate about building solutions and workflows that are logical, repeatable, scalable, and predictable, ensuring the product team canoperatewith transparency and accountability. Best practices are your north star, andyou’realways on the lookout for ways to improve, even if it means challenging the status quo. Tackling complex, cross-functional challengesis your calling, and you have a knack for breaking them down into actionable, manageable steps that drive alignment and measurable results across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary facilitator forPI Planning events, ensuring alignment across multiple Agile teams for the next 8–12 weeks.
Drivebusinessobjectivealignment, dependency mapping, and risk identification during PI Planning sessions.
Ensure transparency and predictability bymaintainingclear visibility into plans, progress, and challenges.
Partner with Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.
Partner with Release Management andEngineeringteamstosupport the execution of product development, testing, and releasefunctions.
Develop dashboards, reports, andcollateralfor the product team to understand and action on work which affects KPIs and metrics.
Work hand in hand with the product executives on process adoption and improvement.
Document and maintain all processes for the product organization internally as well as its touch points across the McKesson organization.
Collaborate with Agile planning and execution teams to collect, analyze, and interpret Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability, capacity).
Provide actionable insightstoProduct Management for prioritization and resource planning.
Drive transparency and accountability for deliverables and timelines.
Identifyand mitigate risksimpactingplanning and execution.
Driveadditionalprojects and programs internal to the product organization asidentifiedand prioritized.
This role willcontinue toevolve as process creation and adoption takes place across the product organization.
MinimumRequirement:
- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Master’s or Doctorate qualifications.
Critical Skills:
10+ years of experience intechnical project managementwithin Agile environments.
ProficiencyinJiraand Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Proven experiencefacilitatingProgram Increment planningand relatedmilestones.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and software development processes.
Experience inenterprise leveltechnology development
Demonstrated ability to work in a large matrixed organization.
Additional Skills:
Familiarity with Confluence and other Atlassian tools.
SAFeor Agile certification (e.g.,SAFeSPC, PMI-ACP, CSM).
Working Conditions:
Remoteworkenvironment.
Occasional travelrequired, up to 20% of the time.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
